Excellent service. I have used Pack & Send Hamilton on many occasions and I have always had great service and support. Folk there helped out a lot when someone claimed a parcel had not arrived - photo from P&S showing parcel on doorstep was a winner! Highly recommended.

Simone looked after my enquiries and was very patient and understanding.
I did have a few questions and was back and forth on my phone.but she remained patient and very helpful.

The fastest that have seen so far. Had my package picked up from Australia on Monday and was delivered on Tuesday morning.

The Hamilton folk were excellent, very accommodating and very polite. Didn’t even know they existed until I was told about them.

This is the only place I use to send parcels overseas. It does cost but I know that my parcels will get where they are going, and fast. The service is so friendly and professional, all options are given, and I always leave with a smile. I highly recommend this service!

Excellent service. I'd struggled to find a company that would pick up a parcel heavier than 25kg. Pack & Send were very prompt with their quote. Arrived quickly to pick up the parcel and it was then delivered promptly. Lovely people to deal with too.
