Paeroa Information Centre

I was appalled with the customer service from Anna the old lady at the wake kotahi counter, she is insensitive and embarrassed me in front of many other customers. Instead of keeping things discreet she blurted it out for everyone to hear, if she wants to make people laugh at others maybe she should consider pursuing work as a stand up comedian. So I would just like to thank Anna for wasting my time and money, I had to take time off work today and pay $85 to get another eye check, just to be told what I already knew, that my eyes are fine, very healthy where the words they used, so Kai ora Anne Pokokohua,

Called it to renew drivers license at NZTA,
System went down and had to wait while fixed. Service was exceptional

Thank you for the helps from the staffs, really appreciate the last-minute visit before the centre closed yet the staffs are friendly and patiently gave recommendations and suggestions. Thank you!

Quite helpful in terms of ideas for places I could walk around and explore. Good large maps on the wall to get a understanding of the area

I passed through Paeroa many times. I decided to visit L&P factory this time. I went to the Paeroa information centre and realised the factory moved to Penrose, Auckland fifteen years ago. The only thing to go to Paeroa is to take the opportunity to have a photo with the iconic L&P bottle. Nothing much to do.

Fantastic, lovely ladies, fab customer service even when doing the overlap for Ruc also very prompt.

Very friendly & helpful advice for our day cycling trip to falls retreat and back. We rented our bikes through Michael located at the information centre. The bikes were great! Thanks for an awesome day out, highly reccomend.

Absolutely fabulous service by the ladies at the Paeroa Information Centre getting a replacement driver licence!

This is so much more than your regular information centre. With Paeroa being a small town, our Information centre has become the core of the town offering services you'd usually have to drive to the larger centres to use and they go to great lengths to keep them all in check. On top of this, they have hire bikes for the cycle trail and Positive Paeroa, the towns core promotions and event handler share office space with the information centre, extending the versatility of both businesses

Great friendly staff. Helpful and accommodating to whatever needs you may have. NZTA info, Bike hire, Drivers Licence, New Plates, Rego.everything you need. Thanks Guys for all your help.

Comfort bikes we hired were old and 2 of the 5 broke on the trail and were not rideable. Unacceptable. Staff did not apologise, offer compensation. Terrible service. I would not hire from them again.

Being a new comer to Paeroa have found the Informatiion Centre a valuable part of the town for what & where one can go.
