If I could give this man a zero I would. Rude condescending patronizing. I havnt been told off like I'm a small incompetent child since ai was a small child ABDOLUTLY DISGUSTING. I would rate a zero if was possible. Very disgusting service, would not recommend coming here at all! I had been in need to take blood tests and when I had arrived, the man taking the bloods came out of the room and told me don’t bother coming there, to go to rototuna then slammed the door on me.

Shocking service from a supposed to be professional. Walked in, one lady waiting and then myself. Watched this guy wandering around, looking out the window, didn't realize he was the blood tests guy, he then tells the other lady he's taking a break, as she said 'why couldn't you have told me 10 minutes earlier, ' she had kids in the car. He then ranted on about his break, this was 9.45 this morning. He told her to go to Rototuna if she didn't like it. We both got our papers back and walked out. Been in his job too long, lazy arrogant and extremely rude man.

Why do they even have a phone number when they are not going to answer. I called multiple time to make an apointment on diffrent times thinking they might be busy this time but no one answered. I understand you can be short staff. I heard from so many people that they have applied for a job but no answer.so it is hard to understand where the problem is.

Very bad problem with the staff, I am a student and holding a student visa only, the staff don’t want to calculate how much. He just ask me go to the other path lab, I was waiting a half hour include his morning tea time, he souls tell me when he receives my paper.

Rarely open and when it is, it’s understaffed. I’ve applied for jobs as a trainee phlebotomist at Pathlab but never hear back, such a shame really as It’s obvious there are staffing issues. Would be great to see this clinic back to what it used to be.

When this place had a regular staff it was the best in Hamilton. Now it has different staff almost every day. Some are good, some are not good, some are terrible. It depends on which day you go, who you get.

There was only 5 people ahead of me but still took a 40 minute wait. Would have been longer had some patients had more patience and not collected there forms and left.
I cannot recall waiting more then 10 minutes at any other lab prior to shifting to Hamilton & then experiencing this.
Everything about the place was way less then previously experienced.

Not sure why this pathlab is rated one star. Great location closest place to go for anyone north of Chartwell on the east side of the river. Phelbotomist has decent technique for blood tests, keep it up really doing good work for people. New Zealanders really don't appreciate all the free tests we get under our medical system.

Had multiple blood tests done here. The staff member was understanding of my fickle veins (notoriously hard to draw blood from me apart from via my hands), and although she tried my arms at first. Quickly realised that it was a fool's game and moved on to my hands. She was reasonable with getting a vein here, but every vial swap she let go of the needle which put pressure on the vein and was super uncomfortable. Fast service though!

Brought my sick three year old daughter to this pathlab for a blood test, the male staff member on shift was extremely rude and had an awful attitude. Such disgusting customer service - especially considering their line of work. I recommend going to a different pathlab.
