10The rude lady at the front desk sent us to town as she said they can’t do my bloods there? And she didn’t want to give me a mask as they were running low? We go to town the line is out the door. Have to go tomorrow now. I think she just didn’t want to get off her fat behind. Get your act together lady. Wasted my time. When you could’ve just done the same thing and there was absolutely no one else waiting!
When u ask one person to put a mask on rudely.u should really ask the next lot of people who come in with no mask on to put one on one star for u rude lady.the rest are all lovely
Have had a few blood tests recently and I didnt have to wait long at all. Staff are friendly. They are kind and gentle. Procedures never hurt.
Friendly & efficient staff who do a great job. Busy clinic with early opening hours through till 5;00. Highly recommended.
I've only come here for blood works, requested by doctors at the Dinsdale Medical Centre.
Each time I've been in, the service was very prompt.

After reading a couple of reviews about how long people had to wait to get their blood tests I made sure I rang before I went down in the afternoon on a week day. But, there was no queue at all then. I also had to go back first thing in the morning and I was straight in and out super fast. Lovely staff members who know how to laugh together as well as a very clean and tidy facility I'll be back for sure!
If you've got a private, medical reason for getting blood tests done, be prepared for the phlebotomist to ask you all about it
Great and fast service. The lady that took my bloods today was quite friendly and literally when I walked in the door, she popped out of a room and tended to me straight away. Would definitely come back here again.:)
Shocking every time I've been it takes multiple attempts then told yo go somewhere else and they get it first time.never again
