3The phlebomist was efficient but customer service skills are zero. No greeting, no warmth. Curt and unfriendly. Its as if she was resentful. Technically fine, manner needs a lot of improvement, sorry to say. Years ago the public health system was like this, as if they didn't really care. The waikato and Auckland dhb are way better now, not this lot. Pity. They probably have a monopoly, they sure act like it
Best blood test I've ever had. Lady was lovely, hardly felt it at all, and I was in and out in 5 mins
I took my daughter here for her first blood test age 8. I explained to the gentleman taking her blood that she was very nervous but I was sure he would do a great job. Well I was wrong. Whatever he did it really hurt her. She was screaming and it looked really sore. He offered her no assurance and now she's terrified to get her blood taken. Good one mate! I should have gone with my gut and walked out when I didn't have a good feeling at the start.
