7Got a blood test today, Mary was really friendly and kind which made the experience much nicer. Thank you so much
Trudi was very welcoming on Reception & all the phlebotomists were happy.
Jayshree your a star

Keep up the awesomeness ladies
The Nurses at pathlab are very nice and treat their clients with respect
They are great when it comes to dealing with adults but not very helpful when I took my 4 year old for a blood test.
The nurse who tried to sample blood from my daughter yesterday, couldn't find her veins so she suggested we return today after drinking plenty of water, which was a great advise. However, the nurse we were dealing with this morning had no patience, she pricked my daughters hand and poked around to make her cry in pain (she was unsuccessful in finding the veins after all the poking around). Then she asks me to hurry up and hold her tight as she decides to check the other hand and when I said I will bring my daughter back tomorrow (as she was obviously distraught!), the nurse asks me to take her to the Angleasea Centre instead of trying the same center again.
What it tells me is that she is not interested in dealing with kids and just wants to pass on the buck to someone else! Very unprofessional behavior! No compassion!
Majority of the health professions I have seen till date, take a different approach when it comes to kids.they gain their confidence before pricking them with a needle. My daughter has never been scared of the needles until this date.
I understand that the staff are busy but they also need to understand that parents are not there for a stroll either. We have jobs to go to as well.
This review by no means reflects the behavior of all the staff at the Rototuna Path lab center, it's just one nurse that I have come across. I had no choice but to write this review because of what I experienced. I hope the message gets through!
Great experience, very friendly staff and short wait times! Will be coming back here from now on.
Good service but at busy times pregnant, old and sick people have to stand waiting in a queue. This is common so bring a seat with you. Maybe they will address this problem and respect the client's situation.
