Recent change of ownership from my understanding, Has completely turned this place around. Love these ladies <3

I always read reviews before I use a service but I was visiting Te Awamutu that weekend and needed a pedicure done. Some reviews were not that good, but the newer ones mentioned new owners so I just went there. I was greeted very warmly by a lovely lady then was again kindly approached by another lady who took me over to the pedicure area.
Great job. The lady did a fab job while I got a lovely massae on the seat lol
I was pleasa tly surprised, great customer service and I was very pleased with my pedicure. I definately will be back.

Definitely not perfect. Needed my nails refilled and this place was the only one in the area that could remove SNS. Can you Please learn the basic rules of applying polish especially final clear coat, when I asked if I can wash them I was told NO, as the clear coat won’t dry quick enough? I’ve NEVER heard this before, however I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Wish I didn’t listen as I’m now left with powdery blotched nails. AVOIDDDDDDDD at all costs.

Friendly new business owners and staff who demonstrated great attention to detail. I was so pleased to see such great work done on my nails. Highly recommended by one very happy customer

This place has had an amazing makeover recently with new equipment, tables, chairs, polishes, sink and all. It is clean, lovely and comfortable. The staff are lovely and gentle, and do a fantastic job.

Got acrylics powder gel extensions done here. The nails started to come off in a week, very poor products used and they leave a lot of gap in the acrylics which makes them fall out sooner than it should! Save your money.

Easily the WORST nail salon I've ever been in.
From walking in to a very cold welcome by the 2 young staff and then was asked to sit at a nail table that was absolutely filthy! Looks as though it hasn't been cleaned for years. The lady then proceeds to talk to other lady in their own language and never engage with me. The nail file and machine she used to trim my cuticles were also dirty and she was very rough with them which was pretty painful. I've never had and nails done where I walked away in pain but my fingers were red around the edges and stung when I washed my hands. The whole experience was uncomfortable. Dead silence except the girls talking to each-other and for 9: 30 in the morning both ladies aprons they were wearing were disgusting covered in muck also looked like never been cleaned. Overall I felt as though I was an inconvenience and will be making sure to tell anyone I know NOT to go to this place.
1 star review is too much for this place unfortunately.

If I could give No stars I would, shop was dirty, nail tech either untrained or lazy. Messy SNS, they used three completely different powder brands for one set of nails, body wash as soap and toilet paper for nail removal.

HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED. I just left and my nails seem to be cracking? Never happened before and have been getting my nails done for many years.

I've been having my nails done for years, went to this salon and had and done, not happy a week and cracks top layer peeling, they are taking short cuts, not professional at all, not clean, not friendly and when went back to have repaired omg it was just slapped on like it was to much trouble. One lady there in particular not very nice, main lady, you know who you are, very rough with her touch, very unprofessional and unpleasant. Such a shame as your other salons done a great job, would highly recommend you get new staff, won't be coming back until you do!

No niceties at all. No customer service. Just a masked lady going from one customer to another without connecting at all. No talking, just rush through the job then get up, say ‘it’s finished’ and then disappear out the door as I reach for my bag. It wasn’t finished, the straight manicure needed another few minutes under the lights to dry. This is New Zealand - treat people professionally and civilly if you are taking their money.

Absolutely disgusted at the service! Went int for a eyebrow wax and the wax burnt me no shaping and no actual training my the looks of it. Ask for my money back and in hope said I would get a pedicure the water was dirty the seat was broken and pump didn't work never going back what a nightmare

I was very excited to get my nails done as I was on holiday. However, the shop itself smelled strongly of chemicals, it wasn’t very clean and the SNS nails I got haven’t last a week. The top layer is peeling, multiple have cracks and chips, the surface of them is uneven and the top of one has broken off. Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend the store.

Went in to get my SNS removed and decided to get SNS redone after being told the removal was of no extra cost if I got SNS done.best decision I made! I'm so incredible happy with how my nails have come out, the finish is fantastic and flawless - it's not bulgy or thick like I've had in the past.
The lady (who's name I didn't catch) was super friendly and happy, chatted to me the whole time - and was extremely cheerful to other customers that walked in. I will be a returning customer for sure!:)

Was nice for me and my daughter to get our nails done. They did a lovely job. First impression though they did not welcome us straight away and place could do with some cleaning. Prices are good.

Got my nails done and they weren't even done properly not impressed the women was to busy replying to messages on her phone rather then doing a proper job and it shows in the end. Very disappointed

I am absolutely disgusted an appalled by the lack of hygiene and care that I encountered. A nice relaxing pedicure and manicure turned into a visit to the drs for antibiotics due to an infection in my toe. This place needs to be closed down!
