Just been cut off by one of their drivers as the lanes merged in Horotiu towards Te Rapa. As a heavy truck driver I see this often, but to do this in a business marked van is beyond thick. Teach your drivers that once the lane merges and they're only half way up a 20 metre vehicle, it's not advisable to accelerate up to the front and force the truck into the curb.

Terrible service when things went wrong with the spa. The serviceman came out 4 times and didn't fix it and this was after numerous cancellations and delays and several phone calls and emails. They blamed the supplier, they blamed couriers, I heard every excuse in the book. Then they tried to charge me to repair a spa that had only worked for 8 months. Then they said as they had bought the business after I purchased the spa they did not cover the warranties (this was after 7 months of waiting, cancellations and failed repair attempts, why was I not told this earlier?). They did not know what they were doing. Abrasive emails, rudeness, months of delays.appalling. Just to clarify, this is the Te Rapa branch. Be warned.

Good service. I'm only giving 3 stars as they were severely understaffed.

Apart from that the product I needed was in stock and priced fairly.

An incredibly disappointing experience. The owner is very dishonest and deflects all responsibility.

Our Dolphin pool robot stopped working. We dropped it into PoolWerx to get tested on November 17. They required the power cable so this was dropped in on 19 November.

I rung to check on progress five times prior to Xmas. Each time I was told that they were waiting on shipping new parts in order to repair the unit.

This is our only means of cleaning the pool, so we are reliant on the robot.

I rung again on 14 January, so basically two months later. I was told that they were still waiting on parts. I stated that I found that hard to believe given id had items from Australia in a quicker time. The person said they were waiting on parts from the Dolphin distributor.

I rung the Dolphin distributor who told me that no parts had been ordered, nor any contact made.

The Dolphin distributor got in touch with PoolWerx and arranged to have the unit sent to them, and a loan unit was sent out immediately. Within a week I had my repaired unit returned.

The dishonesty and constant lies is the aspect which concerns me. I would suggest anyone think twice before using this business if my experience is anything to go by.

The Dolphin distributor on the other hand were simply amazing, owning the issue and getting it rectified very promptly. Their customer service could not be better.

Still waiting for them to fix my hot spring spa 8 months and counting
they cancel appointment without telling us or arranging another and have not returned my calls

another month has gone by.the parts have arrived but when will they actually arrive to fix it.once again I am lucky if they return my calls. We are totally over this company. I would expect that can work out who we are by our name or do you have many clients with long ongoing issues with their hot springa spas

So where do I even start. The Cambridge outlet is very much below par to be quite honest, aggressively wanting to clean the pool on a topic I know nothing about. Instead of calming explaining how and why pools build up with algae. I did request a gold service and when the service man turned up he seemed so vague saying the pool needed water. Well just to help him out I turned on the water and he got work.now he left the tap on and did not tell me it was still on AND IT STAYED ON all night the pool overflowed not only did the chlorine levels go down but more importantly. I live in the country where water is sacred we are on tank water for Christ sake! I Am a busy person. IT IS NOT MY JOB TO COME AND CHECK THESE THINGS AFTER YOU LEAVE. THIS IS YOUR JOB! So I rang Rebecca and she stated I will only pay for the gold service. I have the invoive I'm being charged for a green service that is well below a normal standard.it's pretty pathetic if you ask me! Up your game and your customer service Cambridge Poolwerks! My advice your best to go with YouTube and learn yourself how to clean a pool figure out your filter and learn it.you'll get better results for quarter the price, oh and get your water tested at mitre10 Cambridge its free, friendly and they know their SH1T in other words they won't try and upsell a whole bunch of chemicals you don't need.

I manage Hamilton Boys High School Pool in the summer and Poolwerx are contracted to do all the servicing and maintenance. They are very reliable and always do quality work, are very quick to get on site when requested and fix any issues quickly. It is a pleasure to work with contractors of a commercial pool who have the knowledge and skill set required to keep a commercial pool running smoothly and always with a smile! I highly recommend Poolwerx for any personal or commercial pool servicing.

We’ve been a customer of Poolwerx Hamilton for many years and are very happy with the service we receive. Whenever I go to the store everything we need is always in stock and easy to find. The team are very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. It’s very quick & easy to have our pool sample tested, once tested the team print the results and any chemicals needed, they then talk me through what I need to do to get the pool right and write down in order what and how much of each product I need. It’s always a pleasure to visit Poolwerx it doesn’t matter who’s on deck Rebecca, Dave or Prue it’s like visiting an old friend - they always welcome you with a smile, a chat and support you to get your pool in top condition. Dave and his team are fantastic. They're knowledgeable about all things pool. With the ability to diagnose any issues with pumps, chemistry or water.

Really disappointed with the service, have been in and out of the store buying pool products and on THREE of those occasions have asked for a tech to come and have a look at our pool heater that is leaking, we are still waiting! We wont be back.
