One of the staff was extremely rude for no reason. We Went there first time but will never go there again.

I had shown a photo and the first lady did the acrylics but I couldn't really understand what she was saying half the time which wasn't her fault I understand second languages are hard but she was somewhat helpful but the second lady doing my design was perfect I showed her the photo and she got it right on and was taking her time

To start with, the ladies who work in here are amazing. Yesterday, i went to get one of my chipped nails fixed and paid $7. This guy wIth blonde hair colour was very unprofessional in his approach. He did a very terrible job on my pointing finger. He glued the fake nail to my cuticle and it hurts like hell. The nail looked bumpy and shapeless. He was not even listening to what I wanted to be done on my nails. His attitude was very careless. Pls when u hire staffs, make sure they understand that the customers pay for their service and that they are not doing it for free. Thanks

Had nail dipping done. Job was pretty mediocre, as I have had this done multiple times. Hygiene standards nonexistent. The lady cut my cuticle.twice, second time it bleed. Then she mopped up the blood and proceeded to go on to next client. She was going from client to client without changing her gloves at any time. Considering what the world has just experienced its really quite shocking. Will not be back.

Worst nails I have ever had in my life. She was rushing them, leaving me for 10+ minutes at a time to go finish other customers services. She did the wrong shape and told me that was what I asked for when I'd pointed to the shape I wanted. Was extremely rude when I asked for a refund and only gave my money back when I started showing other customers the awful job she did.

My Partner and I have recently moved from Tauranga to Hamilton. She was looking for the right people to get her nails done and she found this place!

I went here to get SMS nails after getting my first set ever from their Chartwell Branch (which were amazing). This second set were done by a Cambodian gentleman at Centreplace. He literally ripped the previous SMS nails off by shoving an artificial nail between my nail and the SMS from the end of my nail which both hurt a lot, damaged my nail and the skin underneath it. The nails themselves lifted from my nails after less than a week. I called them and was told to come in. I hv been out of town for the past 2 weekends so came in today after 3 weeks and he rudely just told me he wouldn’t do anything since it had been 3 weeks. Worst job and worst service ever. He was not prepared to do anything to rectify the situation after me paying $75 to him. Avoid this place.

I had a very stressful week so decided to get a mani and pedi done. Never had a pedicure before but absoutely enjoyed it, relaxing and warm enviroment.:)

I always get a professional pedicure, my toes always look prett when finished.

I get my nails done here all the time and today I had an amazing nail technician who did a beautiful job in filling my acrylic nails. Perfect shape and polish! Immaculate work I love them. They are all lovely staff. Thank you Jay at Professionail Centerplace!)

Definitely the best professionail place in Hamilton, the staff here are friendly and chat to you. Very precise with doing your nails and they don’t take forever. If you want nice looking durable nails, SNS is the way to go, lasts extremely well.

This review is specifically for Professionail, down town mall Hamilton.
My daughter had her nails done here and found the service less than satisfactory. Unprofessional below average work with an appalling attitude. I highly recommend you avoid this place like the plague. Why pay good money for lousy service. Shameful.
