We had a leaky faucet in a brand that is exclosively sold at mitre 10, when we rung them they were not helpful, offering to order a part that may arrive in 2 weeks.
We rung Reece's and wonderful Miriam answered, she not only was pleasant she also went the extra mile and contacted the importing company for us, in minutes, to make sure she has the right model before we drive around looking. When we went in we were assisted with 2 other staff, whos names I unfortunately do not recall, but both were very nice and helpful.
I WOULD DEFINITELY BE BACK
Product was replaced and is working 100%.

Miriam helped me when I walked in to Edward Gibbon's. I was looking to get a new bathtub. Miriam was real professional and patient.really listened to my wants and needs.showed me around and helped me planned stuff.really took her time to give me ideas.also given me loads of magazines to take home. Not pushing for a immediate sale. She was real genuine and helpful. I think I will actually get a whole new bathroom from there once I work out exactly what I wanna get.thank you so much

So helpful when trying to find the right shower head. Other plumbing places I went to were very dismissive or uninterested but Edward Gibbon went the extra mile.
