Repco Taupo

I dropped in for a couple of service items the guy behind the counter could not been less helpful. Told me to take the part off and bring it in. 2nd visit the 2nd guy was even less useful and just made some stupid joke to his colleague. I'm a mechanic with 30 years experience so probably know what am talking about unlike your staff. I went across the road to Partsmaster very professional took the vehicle REGO supplied both parts in minutes great company unlike REPCO

Haven't heard great things from family in the area about this branch. Poorly trained staff forgetting to order/wrong parts etc

Horrible people to deal with.sales rep is a liar and has no integrity. Been a staunch supporter of Repco my whole life but not anymore!

We went in to look at pressure washers, but had in mind another brand that Repco didn't sell.

We were approached by a really friendly and knowledgeable staff member who listened to our questions and gave us answers and choices. He presented us with credible reasons to consider an alternative and in the end we purchased, confident that it was based on solid information.

This was a very positive and pleasant shopping experience, and I really appreciated that they took the time to give me confidence in my decision.

You deserve more stars. Sourced a part for my Holden Rodeo camper from a distributor in NZ. Part not available nationally in Australia. Picked up by a family member and brought to the Gold Coast by my brother. I have air-conditioning again. Thankyou.

Amazing service from the gentlemen who served us today. 1 star for the company as to being told because they are short staffed they were informed they weren't allowed breaks. Come on repco don't be doing illegal stuff like that. Workers are entitled to their breaks wether short staffed or not.

The service (so called) could be described as laughable if it weren’t so time wasting and frustrating. The “ click and collect” process in no way even remotely followed the advertised process much less timeframe or communication (none), and the [lack of] remedial action from the Taupo branch was indifferent at best. Had I not printed hard copies of the order and receipt in anticipation of on going issues I’m pretty sure I’d have been denied my parts for good measure. Pretty well hopeless performance all round. This is the 2nd time in a row. Super cheap for me next time.

The guy at the counter today was great but there was nobody else in store, not even the manager. Because of this the guy at the counter isn't allowed to take any breaks at all. Not allowing your employees to have breaks is illegal and needs to be addressed asap. This isn't the first review to mention this, sort it out.

Thank you to the excellent service I received today assisting me with my wiper blade.
My wiper is in limited stock, elsewhere but not for Repco.
My wiper only takes one long blade & has a set lock which I struggled with but not for the lovely gentleman who saw my struggle, & explained the steps patiently, all before it rained. Thank you very much.

Went in to source a headlight globe. They had it and the server was happy check I had the correct one. Good service thanks.

Shop assistant very helpful, conditioner leaked on rear seat & it looks really gross, she helped with the 4 products from 3 different brands. Many thanks

Great service on my over priced air filter I wish I had gone to supercheap autos. Could have saved $15 off ryco air filter

Always easy and fast to deal with anything at repco. The staff are always willing to help and even help put the parts on ya car most of the time depending what it is. Definetly recommend coming here!

As soon as you walk in the door you confronted an asked if they can help.staff are pleasant.an go out of there way to help.

Sorry nothing good to say about Repco full stop. Ordered product for phone and collect, never heard a thing.
Tried to order spray enamel, stocks so low, yep its covid but the help offered
was "cant help you". Opposition bent over backwards to help.

We drive 1.5 hours to our nearest Repco only to arrive late due to traffic it was closed but 10 out 10 for customer service as they reopened and we got the post we needed. Thanks team Repco Taupo, you guys rock
