Riverlea Panel & Paint 2018 Limited

4 and a half months ago this team got the PO for my car repair rear bumper. I've followed up multiple times, still nothing. Moving on.

My car came back well mended, shiny & clean. They did a lovely job; & loaned me a car while mine was being fixed. They were having problems with the phones, & were hard to get hold of.

These guys made an unpleasant situation so much better, they were friendly helpful and efficient the workmanship was great and finished more quickly than I was expecting. I also enjoyed being able to have a laugh with them

I took my car there after a very light collision and they were more than Happy to check for any damages, super friendly.

I have also taken my wife's car here after a rear collision, they were efficient, friendly and did an extremely good job, the car looked good as new!

I chose this repairer through my insurance provider, AMI and received two emails (from AMI) assuring me Riverlea would get back to me shortly to arrange a time to fix my car. It's been seven months now and no call. If you're going through AMI might be best to give this one a miss.

Great service. Excellent workmanship. Got the job done in the quoted time frame. An initial hiccup with communication that I think was firstly caused by the insurance company. Car damp inside when I got it back. Would recommend.

My car got broken into and was sent to riverlea, called and spoke to SAM he told me “it should be ready by Wednesday” although the parts arrived a day late still he managed to get it ready by Wednesday

As i work monday to friday and i didnt had anyone to drop me to riverlea to pick my car

SAM went out of his way and woke up around 5am to deliver my car to te awamutu

He drooped it at my place at 6am, PLEASE GIVE ME A RAISE, he is the best

I have never had such a great service in New Zealand

I was physically assaulted by Josh Gallagher. He is condescending and rude.
He has no patience with customers asking differcult questions or wanting clarification.
He is prone to becoming abusive and physical.
I will be making a formal complaint with both his industry and the Police.
You just can't treat people the way he did.

Wonderful panel beaters, polite, helpful and efficient with the vehicle work. Office contact enquiries need follow up though, as not good at calling customer back

Wow thanks so much to the team at Riverlea! My car was in for an insurance repair for less than a week, during that time they leant me a very tidy and comfortable courtesy car. Awesome service, good communication with Matt. We took our car to fix due to a crash, covered by our insurance. Matt explained the process and said it would take 5 days to fix it and he made it happen. The shop is clean and well organized. Saw many police cars being repaired there. It is near home, conveniently located.

We always take our vehicles here as we get nothing but great service and always good communication, the work that is done here is at a very high standard, l had no car to get around and Josh gave me his personal car to help, highly recommend.

Riverlea Panel and Paint did an incredible job on our work fleet with repainting one vehicle and touching up the rest. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone wanting the best quality and value in Hamilton
