It's seldom busy. But there is a constant stream of orders going out for delivery. Really excellent indian food, and terrific value.

Great ambiance n service. Food could be improved. Had lb curry which wasn't up to the mark.apart from that awesome experience.

Every major aspect about the experience was overall 5 stars, the food is really good, the service was fast and attentive considering I arrived with a party of 15 people, the atmosphere is really welcoming and homey. This is definitely a place I would visit again or recommend to others when in discussion about Indian foot.

*Very poor communication.
*services were very bad
* I asked about the dish from the menu but the service guy didn't know anything about the food.

* lack of speaking English and lack of knowledge about their own dishes in the menu where I totally got upset to understand what I ordered.

Delicious Food, but Decreased Quantity over Time. I have been a regular patron at a restaurant known for its delicious food, and while the flavors continue to impress me, I must address a concern regarding the portion sizes. Over time, I have noticed a noticeable decrease in the quantity of food served, which is disappointing.

Trash customer service.warm water only people there waited over 1hour to be served food is average.don't recommend

The food was delicious and would have given a 5 star, but sadly the service was not so good. The service was slow and they didn't bring out drinks when ordered. A little customer service training would be great and make a 5 star experience.

Bit disappointed this time, soup was thick as gravy but tasted good, gobi Manchurian were not too bad bit too soft and bland inside but outer layer was crispy.

Ordered makhani champ got masala champ sent it back but came back with same/similar dish, i tried to explain that we been here soo many times, the gravy use to be like butter chicken gravy, creamy and smooth not like this but i didnt wanted to argue, so just asked to pack it as i would fix it my self, just need to smooth up the gravy in a blender and need some cream and cashew paste

Service was good, the guy happily made us new naans to take away

This use to be authentic Indian restaurant, i loved coming here food was amazing but not this time, i think the chef has changed, i wish Indian restaurants had consistency here in nz

But to be fair this is the first time, i am disappointed with the food

Almost forgot about the desert, gulab jamun were very tiny 2 balls for $6, I expected a normal size gulab jamun, specially when you paying the price of whole tin for 2, but these were tasty just the size was too small

I am not putting in this review to demotivate you in any way, only reason i am putting this so that you could improve and i could eat good authentic indian food

Like i said out of our 5-6 visits here, this is the first time when were not happy with the food, please keep up the good work

“20-30 min wait” was actually 50. When I asked about it I was told the staff are told to say 20 min but it can take longer. Seems a bit dishonest. I would have gone somewhere else had I known it was going to take 50min

More like a Royal disappoinment! Pick up order was 30 minutes late with little to no apology. Will be going back to the other Indian takeaway Hello India or Sahara India.

Guy who served us looked like he had tooth ache, poor fella needs a holiday.
Got tika and was bland, runny and none of the usual onion or capsicum. Asked for hot got slightly more than mild.
One less customer now.

Food was really good. Bt the customer service was not so good. I totally understand u guys are very busy its hard for the person who handling the front desk. Bt it was my special day i drive 45 mint to this place on recommendation.

10/10 experience! The service from the staff was amazing and the food was even better. I would highly recommend going here. I cannot explain how much the kids loved it! We Will definitely be coming back. 5 starts from me:)

Newly refurbished and looking great. We go here at least once a month and love it and the food is just fantastic, trying lots on the menu and it keeps getting better.
We have had the same young lady serve us everytime and she is just so great at making us feel welcome and special.
This place needs to be tried out, give it a go.
Bonus of takeaway food is also a great option.

Very poor service and had to wait for more then an hour. The food wasn’t worth for the wait because it was tasteless. Staff was disrespectful.
I won’t recommend this place.

Nice food, nice service, we enjoyed soya chaap, it was nicely cooked and well plated, love the restaurant silence with nice songs,

On 9/5/22. I visited on family dinner. We normally visit this place for dinner because we are LOCALS. I want to share my experience on our last visit, which was very unhygienic and unprofessional. Our food was tasteless plus very extremely sweet (This was 2nd time in row). Then we asked for chef to come and talk to us about food because Staff was unable to explain. Then chef came on the table was very rude with us. Instead of giving reason for what they served to us. He told us to leave the restaurant if we have problem. Which was really heartbreaking because we are harding working local people we are not GOANS. Could we never recommend this place.once again want to say that food was very tasteless and Staff was arrogant. I know Don’t about new owners but previous owners was too nice and They use to look after there regular’s.

Best service and food was really delicious. Thanks Sonia for serving us really good. I would like to recommend this restaurant to my friend.
