I checked online, got reviews and decided worth it to sort out cabling, mount the tv. Came in, gave a talk about what was going to happen.long story short. Very hard to get hold of, job is amateurish as cables stick out from the skirting, paid it in a timely manner then out of the blue received a phone call and a guy warning me about not paying the bill. Assured them it had been paid, quoted the invoice number and date it was paid, heard a voice in the background after I said I'd paid, the caller listened to the voice in the background and then he says "just calling to see how you are actually. ' I said "I thought you rang to say I hadn't paid my bill" he said "No not at all so if you have no questions that's good. " So I hung up. Weird. It was bad from the guy who did the quote, to the guys who did the install to the guy who said I hadn't paid. A year later, got another company in to fix their job up decided I'd rather just wear the bad job and get someone good to sort it.

I phoned 4 or 5 working days in advance to book as I can only have work done at home on a Wednesday. Booked for anytime after 2pm. All I wanted was a tv aerial connected in a bedroom. Nobody came. No common courtesy phone call NOTHING! So I phoned them at 4.10pm & was advised they sent the guy who was on my job to Auckland for a job. I actually don't have a problem with that but they certainly don't do customer service! I'm going elsewhere

Despite being given every opportunity to rectify this very poor installation, (their senior technician that came out to check on the installation agreed that the workmanship was poor). Satellite and Aerial management refused to correct the very crooked installation. They charged a high price and provided poor service.
