I went into this knowing absolutely nothing, and this team took our whanau in and made us feel comfortable, and so very supported Aroha Page, thankyou so much for making this whole process smooth for us noobs (this was our first time doing a funeral), your communication, support, patience with all the overseas letters tribute photos, music and livestream was 10/10 it was to a tee how our father would have wanted it. (We recieved so many compliments on how well this service was) We will forever be grateful to your team, we have a lot of love for you guys.also shout out to Jacob aswell! Mike was amazing! After the sudden loss of our brother and arriving from overseas at short notice, he was patient, sympathetic and a touch funny! Everything was just perfect. He coped with our last minute requests with ease. Nothing was to difficult for him. This is the 2nd time The team have helped us.once through covid when they arranged everything over the phone/email for our Dad. I can’t recommend them enough.
