10/10 experience with this crew! Ben in particular was amazing to deal with. I unfortunanlty ordered something out of stock and instead of just saying 'that's that', he suggested to me a solution while still keeping in within my budget helping me solve the solution I needed to modify.

Great staff, really friendly and helpful. Very competitive pricing and looked after me which I really appreciated. I would thoroughly recommend purchasing from this store.

1) We ringed them the day earlier and enquired about the cost and number of photos.
The day we went they asked us for extra 8$ for the set of photos they agreed earlier.
The guy was rude and definitely not a friendly person.
2) There is no proper lighting in the place where he takes the photo and we are not satisfied with the photo he took, we told him that we are not satisfied. It cost us 35$ and total waste of money.
Beware of this fraud and look out for other good stores to take passport photos.

Some of the staff needed to in my opinion be a little more personable. They know there stuff for sure and will definitely use them again. They were probably just having an off day it was near the end of the week.

Arranged previous, they cleaned a most filthy sensor on this person's DSLR.

Same day service as we're out of towners, professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

A massive collection of photography equipment suited for beginners and experts. Friendly staff who are happy to assist and offer advice or reccomendations. Good luck on 100 years Graham!

Great shop. The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. When staff member spend time with me comparing with a I wanted to buy some equipment or whether I wanted them to do the job for me. I was very impressed.
Air products are beautifully laid out. They look inviting and organised.
Plus, they have delicious coffee.
I will be back!

I went to a snapshot at the end of last year.

The stuff did not give me any advice to print out the photos from the USB memory card. So I made a mistake and made 16 of the same photos, and I had to pay for another $8.made me upset!

Unfriendly staff. The staff who laughed at my mistake.

Will never return to this store again.

My girl want to your shop and must of had my mobile. She passed her exams with your photo priçess.

After a very helpful long phone call came to the shop when unfortunately helpful guy was away and his staff are totally unhelpful.very disappointed and annoyed. I dont live in Hamilton and this was the last resort of finding a helpful photography resource outside Auckland or Christchurch. Here in NZ Christchurch is the only location with a Nikon service centre! Enough to have me decuding not to bother living back here.not nice to have to watch someones glob of gum rolling around in their mouth either while passing on senior staffs disinterest in helping me.

Although I didn’t buy anything from this particular store the lady behind the counter was possibly one of the most helpful I have experienced from a camera shop, usually when I go into this shops I am met by individuals who drop big words and opinions trying to prove a point, I was only given respect and love from Snapshot, thank you
