My Mum had her heat-pump service completed by these guys. I also had my unit cleaned the same day as I live behind my Mum. These guys did an excellent job, throughly cleaning and adjusting my heat-pump so it now works efficiently. Thanks to Carlo & Ronnie who were brilliant. Thanks Sparky Direct Ltd. Great communication when calling and booking, had a few conversations via messenger to ensure the team could undertake the work we required. Leo and team arrived promptly as promised to install our EV wall charger we had moved with us to our new home. The job turned out to be more time consuming than planned through no fault of their own. However the electrician stayed until the job was completed, communicating throughout. Leo was very professional and helpful. He came after hours and the job was outdoors so it was cold and dark. He contacted Waipa Power when he found that the issue was power supply from the street. He stayed until the Waipa after hours Electrician arrived and briefed him on the situation. Excellent service!
