One of the best dishes I've eaten in a long time! (Mount Benedict with Fried Chicken)

Great breakfasts. Particularly recommend the fried chicken (which was gone before I had a chance to take a photo). Fab coffee too of course. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming.

Good waffles, Buddha bowl delicious, great benedict, fast service, great coffee. Nice space.

Lovely food and beverages! Great selection of options. The only downfall was the eggs were slightly over cooked, but otherwise it was great. We've been here numerous times and enjoyed it every time. It hS a great space and service is friendly. It also let's dogs inside, which is awesome. Will be back for sure.

A nice place with inconsistent coffee quality and inedible food. I regretted a chicken burger and even more a dish of fried cauliflower. Scones are great however! The place charges you extra for paiment by card: an atrocity!

Not a big selection of food left when we arrived but what was available was nice. Very helpful and concerning staff.

I'm sorry to say that we didn't have a good experience at Storehouse. We ordered through the QR code and we had to wait for almost 45 minutes for our food.

The place was very busy and I know that service can be tough, but a couple of tables that ordered after us got the food before us.

Our food arrived only once we asked the staff to kindly double check with the kitchen if our order had been processed.

Food was good, but the halloumi in my burger was burnt. I genuinely think this place is a bit overrated.

Wow! Off the main tourist track and just what we needed. Incredible cafe with yummy poached eggs and coconut chai! I would have loved to have brought some indoor plants but the owner wasn’t there. Saved myself a good few hundy I suppose.

Amazing food, atmosphere and service. We ordered the open steak sandwich and the chicken waffles and both were amazing! Both were tender, juicy and cooked to perfection! Can't recommend this place enough!

Great spot, easy to park, really busy but staff were working super hard, very nice food, good coffee too bit noisy but that happens on tge busy days.

Quality food for when stopping through onto Tongariro. One of the better meals you’re getting before you make it to Wellington

Great atmosphere and good service but the food was okay, the chicken and waffles were cold because they were sitting at the wait station for 20 minutes until our loaded fries were ready, would’ve preferred it if the chicken and waffles came first and then the loaded fries, was expecting the chicken to have a lot more flavour but it was pretty bland. I was excited about the coffee but it was super burnt and bitter, waste of 100 dollars

Everyone who visits Taupo or lives in it should know the quaint lovable Cafe called storehouse. Cool interior, great atmosphere and loads of space. Food was cooked well the chefs do a good job at maintaining quality standard food in a timely manner. Unfortunately we have what seems to be a new server which couldn't find our table. We had all the patience needed and could get her attention. I believe the establishment could use larger table numbers which should help identify the right table. All the best! Their signature waffle chicken is a must try!

Staff were friendly. Place was busy. Food was late and cold. And who the hell puts margarine on a ciabatta- heathens!

Dry bagel and not much salmon. Partner ordered through the qr code like they asked us to because it was busy but got charged more than the paper menu and surcharge on top

Worth a visit for the fried chicken waffles alone. A genuine mix of sweet and sour. Recommended

Had a private event here on Saturday 1/10/22. Brilliant food and the hosts were fantastic. Will return again for sure!

We had a delicious lunch here! We had the lamb salad and the chicken burger which were both amazing! Coffee was also brilliant! Being able to order on our phone at the table was also very convenient! Brilliant place!
