Absolutely wonderful jeweller - (any previous negative feedback he's received I think reflects the personality type of the reviewer - its best to treat everyone with respect in this life, even if you've had a bad day and broken your necklace!). I have been given sound advice on a ring I had an issue with (bought back in Auckland, not Whangamata), he has also repaired a necklace within minutes for me and will order in some earrings so that I can pick up at the end of the month. A lovely, friendly helpful person who I would trust.

My wife has used their services before and has been very happy with them. I find the jeweler very pleasant and helpful and quickly solved my battery problem. They are located in the main street of Whangamata with plenty of parking.

By far the best jeweler around has fixed my favorite watches several times either be it a simple battery or a more complicated fix price wise you just can't beat him and to top it of hes a bloody good bloke

I called into this Jeweller shop, as my gold necklace, broke in the car, while traveling from Tauranga. We happen to park right outside, so decided to call in & see if he was able to fix it, a 5 minute job for a competent jeweler!
To start couldn’t get in the door he was inside saying push push, then told us there was sign on the door can’t you read, to say push, hello NO dam sign!
He made excuses to say he only fixes things on a Tuesday as can’t get ALL the gear out! All it needed was a link put in, too dam miserable to even do that, for some out of town customers!
I would never go back to this jeweller shop & have recommended to my friends & family NOT to go near the place!
Thanks for nothing Strickly Time watchmaker & Jewellers never again, treat your customers with some respect!
