Bad experience happened today left their with out spending a cent they won’t get any money out of me asked the young boys at counter for help with my car I needed parts the response I get from them oh no it’s raining couldn’t believe it so went spent my money else where shot super cheap auto

Spent 2 months trying to get some touch up paint made up, after a few visits. Just have excuses as to why they haven't done it and losing my details. Won't bother using them for any other custom as they clearly aren't interested

Good service from manager/supervisor on duty this afternoon. Went out of his way to be helpful to everyone. Very enthusiastic.

Unbelievable. I knocked off work early at 16.30 to go and pick up a click and collect today. Well forget it.you cannot even get a car park in there as it is completely over run by GYM patrons. Next Time I just will not bother and either order to get it delivered or keep driving to another site to get a car park.

Knew their products and happy to get item i wanted from another store. Thanks for the great service

Customer service could be better at the exit counter, surely it's not that hard to see customers waiting for the checkout - especially when there's no one being served.

Today is the 20th of December 2022 - the current staff at the central Hamilton store are totally helpful compared to the first comment posted last year - awesome team on the floor and at the counter - thumbs up team!

Excellent service, they had what I needed in stock and even went outside and checked my car to make sure, then the friendly assistant, Angus, installed the new wiper blades for me. The checkout staff were also really helpful and made sure that my club membership was in place and that I was receiving the information I wanted etc. Thanks team!:)

Usually good helpful staff depending whos on. Paint mixing service is great, bit expensive but it's helpful for those DIY jobs. Overall good stock of products.

Popped into the Mill St store for a quick fix on a vehicle I was given as is where is—needed some info on coolant and some oil. I was greeted by Delroy, mind you it’s 30 mins before closing, and he immediately asked if I needed help. He was informative, efficient and asked all the right questions to lead me to my solution. I was sold three products at a suitable value and the transaction felt like it took less than 5 minutes. Hands down, the best customer service I’ve ever received. I can tell that Delroy cares about the customers that walk in and strives to get them out the door with exactly what they came in for! Exceptional!

I was charged more than the ticketed price. This was quickly fixed by the lovely, friendly staff.

Not enough parking and is at busy intersection so can be a problem getting in and out of parking
