50Very accommodating and friendly staff. We regularly use the courts and we feel lucky and proud to have such great amenities in our community.
It's alright, although Cambridge is way better, the spa pool isn't even a real spa pool no bubbles
Cool place to take my little ones when we've exhausted all other avenues of fun in the town.
Enjoy it here.
Wonderful place to visit with the family or Grankids. Fantastic playground for kids of all ages then u have the pools great as well.
Liked that our 3yr old could stand and be in all 3 pools with us and we're all together.
Not the best place for coffee but the Ceasar salad was good. Well located for the family. Kids could play at the park adjacent to the Cafe.
First time visiting Aquatic Centre took the kids really enjoyed it we drive over from Hamilton even though their heat pump had broken down in December water was stone cold but very refreshing we all decided to hydroslide for an hour was so much fun as been there early we didn't have to que the little toddlers swimming pool had a little bit of heat In side, it was nice to warm up there with the kids. Bathrooms in good condition and clean. Spa pool is closed due to maintenance. Parking outfront we saw broken glass so lock up your vehicles, would recommend the centre for swimming and sports events. Quite nice and spacious lots of room it's not as packed and crowded. There is one hydroslide to use. There are blue and yellow square boxes they open you can put your shoes and bags whilst you training or enjoying your aquatic play. They very well laid out for Lane swimming and training both children and adults how to swim. There were lifeguards out watching the kids swimming and the adult swimming we felt safe and I noticed at 11 there was a shift change and more came on the floor
Not to busy today. Boiler broken so no spa for a week or so. Still a great place for a swim
My dad took paid leave to come see my Kapa haka performance but was locked out because the times changed last minute
Spa pool jets have got no pressure, no steam room, sauna was great tho and the kids facilities were not in action probably due to it being a week day, not my ideal go to again, warm pool was booked, so only had a choice of spa or cold pool lane
O for ore some.great whanau day out today (20+ people). The young guy on counter should get a pay raise with the great customer service we recieved from him.the older lady on the counter was a grump, God bless her.
Will be bak again
It was actually really boring the kids didn't like it much and main pool freezing
In winter

Basically a fine pool for the kids. They could provide some floaty toys to enhance the experience for the kids, I'm sure they know the parents bring the kids for a fun day out.
Always have when we go here love the spa is free to the public good prices, compared to Waterworld hamilton, right next door to the park, plenty of parking.
The PT at Club Waipa didn't help me reach my goal. They didn't listen to me what I wanted to do. It's very messy I found a mouse running around the gym. One of the PTs flirts and sleeps with his clients, the kids area is dusty the staff isn't friendly and it smells like a dump
Wonderful time here getting COVID test. Thoroughly recommend for a bit nasal probing. The staff are so friendly and look a treat in their colorful uniform. Definitely a personal touch here!
I would like to Thank, the ladies on the reception, on Saturday morning:) they were Extremely Helpful, knowledgeable, and Informative:) I would Also like to Thank the lifeguard at the hydroslide on Saturday ;). I will be attending there more often:)
Changed the rules of their gym creche without notice to members.
School aged children (5 upward), have to sit on a chair and not interact with other children. Honestly. Cant make this stuff up.
Removed all the toys from the play area and banning kids from interacting with each other. New rules also say kids are not even allowed to eat or drink while in there.
What the actually heck?
Clean and plenty of room during school time which is when we took our toddlers. Swimming lessons for babies is great. However it is extremely expensive. If your children are old enough partake in the awesome Cafe adjacent to the pools where you can also see your kids. Good staff, particularly the swim teachers
