Absolutely fantastic staff and I travel to here from taupo to continue with our fantastic doctor. You can't fault the very professional and friendly staff will give excellent service every time.
Have gone back to Te kuiti med from Otorohanga med as the difference is startling. Pleasant helpful office staff, I am able to see the same doctor whom is interested and and aware of my medical background and develop a trusting relationship, no mishaps on prescriptions, a very hands on informed chemist on site. No surly reception staff or doctors which makes it a far safer happier unit.
We were told the wrong appointment time so arrived late. Rather than tell us we were late, the receptionist told us to take a seat in the waiting room. We sat for 40 minutes waiting before I approached the receptionist to ask what the hold up was. It was then that she said we were late but she was hoping the doctor could squeeze us in, which she clearly couldn't.
I have changed back to TK Medical Centre, as my other Dr was rarely available when I needed to see him. The receptionists and Nurses are awesome. Friendly, helpful, genuinely concerned about you. I have a new Dr and she is brilliant! Dr A Farnell. Highly recommend the Centre! A+
Modern, clean facilities with friendly attentive staff who always make you welcome and call you by name. The service provided by the doctors is also fantastic.
