The Flying Burrito Brothers

Unfortunately we were disappointed with our experience here. Although a waiter was in training and trying his best, he didnt seem to be very well prepared. We received a very awkward welcome into the restaurant with noone taking the lead to greet us. It was cold, they obliged by turning the heaters on after we asked but there was a constant draft. The food was overpriced and average and the plates werent cleared until we were leaving. The best part was the margarita!

I haven't had authentic mexican tacos this good in many many years. I will be going back next week for sure! The margs were excellent as well, service was fast and friendly. Can't ask for anything else!

Slow.always takes 45 minutes to an hour to do an order for Uber Eats if you are lucky. Would hate to do dine in. Service is very poor.

What an amazing place! Went for my hens do to their long lunch. Amazing service, friendly staff, the drinks were strong! It was awesome. Very highly suggest everyone goes!

Stepping into this restaurant you are smacked with the scents and atmosphere of Mexico. For a relaxed and enjoyable eating experience, be sure to come here with friends and family. We enjoyed the beautiful drinks and food and will surely be back.

Absolutely love this place, every time I visit Hamilton I go for dinner here. I wish they had one in Hawkes Bay

We decided to try something new tonight and The Flying Burrito really came through with the goods! We were initially nervous because we don't like spice or coriander and although present in the food, we were pleasently surprised by how mild in flavour both were. The flautas and mole blanco were very nice but the star of the show was definitely the corn chips with guacamole and sour cream! The wait staff provided excellent and friendly service which made us feel better about being so foreign to the menu items. I had the agua berry mocktail and I would have that every day if I could, it was so refreshing and tasty! To top it all off, the decor and atmosphere made this dining experience one we will remember. Thank you to the team for a great experience, we will be back to try something else, especially the deserts!

Disappointing.
This place used to be one of my top suggestions to people for an easy dinner out.
I think there may be new owners in place and the quality of the food has dipped significantly.
The starters were a lot better than the mains, and the cocktails are still good.

Good Mexican food, not 100% authentic in my opinion but still tasted good. Service was exceptional

Great tacos, lovely burrito, yummy jalapeño poppers with the wanted spicy kick. Awesome mocktails too, can't wait to have a cocktail next time.

Great themed restaurant. They have a wide selection of food - lots of flavor. The atmosphere is cozy and appropriately themed.

Love this place. Food is exquisite. A perfect blend of heat, spice and flavour. Keep up the excellent cooking. Can't fault the menu. 10/10 for food, service, price and portion size.

Food and service was no where near as good as we have had in the past. Will not go back here again.

I was their regular Customer and never Had any problems before but now i guess they don't want we anymore to started serving fully black burned food when asked why this happened i was told to talk to head office For any takeaways please double check your orders before leaving store as you don't have money to wast on food that u cant eat at home with family …. (double check the food before taking home. Hint …) all 3 orders were same

just a reply to owner: No one has contacted me so far i am still waiting on my refund even after 2 weeks nothing is showing in my account. When i tried contacting your store manager he said talk to HeadOffice and gave me an email after 2 weeks of wait. No outcome has Been Done so-far 28 aug 22

Been here about 4 times and the food was good all times, but the service can be hit or miss takes a while and sometimes seems like they go and hide in the kitchen.

The food and service was excellence, with staff, especially Jesika, being approachable and welcoming.

Excellent service. Great to be served by people from Colombia who knows well what is really good South American food.
