My wife just hired for our boy’s party. Were extremely helpful and accommodating. The castle is in excellent condition and all the kiddies loved it. Highly recommend - my wife can’t stop raving about them.

Ordered an item from here and it never arrived. Have sent numerous emails and no one has responded. Avoid this place!

Hired a Water slide for my son's 5th birthday everyone loved it i was complemented on the idea and how awesome the slide was.

You were my knight in shining armour yesterday (Sunday). I knew I should have come to you first instead of going to Jolly Jump NZ. I was in tears when I rang you at midday because the castle I had booked through Jolly jump failed to show to my Missalicious 1st B'day. Within ONE hour you were setting up at the birthday. Your reassurance the entire time I spoke with you restored my faith in booking online AND I will never go anywhere else to hire castles etc ever again. Fast, efficient, accomodating, manaakitanga, aroha/love and you kept me (customer) and my desperate situation in the forefront the entire time. Thank you so much!
