Amazing place. Always clean and tidy no bad aromas. Very spacious! Customer service amazing would highly recommend this beautiful shop any day.

Very nice pet shop and a bonus of being a privately owned one. The set up is really good and the animals are very calm and happy in their environment.

I think the lay out of the shop is great Roomy easy to look around.
Wonderful to talk with people who have knowledge about products and particularly the care of pets.

Friendly staff, although not much stock in store. Most likely due to Covid -19 stocktake shortages.

Karen is so helpful and kind. Very knowledgable across the board whether its advice on wild rabbits or rescue hawks she's got you sussed. Cannot thank Karen enough for all the help she has given to myself and my partner. Has rehomed many of our rabbits and has given fantastic advice on the best level of care you can offer a fury friend.

Second time we have taken our puppies there to sell.
They check out the puppies, with vet too, and aren't afraid to tell people if they think they aren't a good match for puppies.
Love the shop, big, airy, clean.
