Not sure whether a 2 star or 3. There were a number of the 40+ ply that were not an even factory cut. Also there were 3 plywood that were 1mm over, so with negative detail was a problem. Out of the 40 so far there were 2 that were already delaminated at one end. They should actually say these are seconds, these are not the perfect pieces the sales guy said they were. OK but would rather pay a little more for almost perfection.

Would be incredibly nice if you didn't treat everyone as deaf, or ignorant, when phoning up for a price.
It is actually possible that some people (obviously not your phone staff) know the difference between nominal timber sizes & guaged measurements and don't need it repeated multiple times before getting to answer questions.

Excellent service once again. The team at TBH are very responsive to any questions and once you are ready to order they will get your invoice issued instantly and your goods packed and transported within a matter of days if not hours. (I ordered Tuesday afternoon and received the product Thursday midday) I live on Aucklands north shore and its often cheaper to get product from TBH and I know the product is of high quality and service is top class. Highly recommend!

An extremely rude salesman that I dealt with in this particular occasion. He even put the phone down on me because he wasn’t willing to negotiate a cost for his decking timber. I’m not sure I’ll go back to buy timber from him.

After finding out that Three Brothers is supporting the vaccination of our country and subsequently getting us back to normal while keeping their team safe, I will be making an extra effort to support them wherever possible. It's clear that some of the other 'customers' aka Complaining Karens actually couldn't care less about supporting kiwi businesses let alone making any effort whatsoever to get us through this pandemic so it's encouraging to see Three Brothers standing firm on this.

Definitely won't be supporting your store. Came in to order thousands of dollars worth of building materials today, but after seeing your signs saying no vaccine no entry (not to mention your mask sign which shows a huge lack of compassion), I choose to support a business who does not encourage segregation between its people.

Said he will get back to us on cavity batten stocks, never did, we followed up and he said he will when he can.its been 2 months now.what a clown.

Originally gave this company 1 star. However they contacted me and rectified the issue and even sorted out delivery for me. Very impressed with the service in the end and would recommend to others, certainly have great value.

Helpful staff, great selection, good prices. Found a nice clean knot free sheet of ply for me with a good outside veneer for a furniture project. Don't bother with the big box stores if you want value and better product.

We had a lot of delays with the shipping company we used to bring our materials from 3 brothers to us. 3 brothers helped us with the shipping issues even though the delays were not their fault. What the order finally arrived, it turned out to be the wrong colour. After a quick call to three brothers they personally drove the correct order down to us to ensure the delivery was made to us without further delay. We really appreciated the trouble they went through to do this. Fantastic customer service.

These guys carry stock that can't be found elsewhere, and the prices are usually very good. The staff are helpful.

Never buy timber from this store, I bought $200 deal for 190*50 retaining wall timber, also spent $40 for delivery, I found all of the timber are really low quality and broken, some piece looks has been smashed, also they put some really shot piece in the package, the shortest only 300mm, they are useless.
