Ti Tree Cafe reviews
58 10/10 food, service and setting.
Best food we've had out in a month of travelling the North Island.
Very expensive lunch for what we paid.
$51 for
2 small latte, 1 falafel wrap, 1 cookie and 1 pumpkin filo without salad “ very stale and soggy because they microwaved it” very lazy Practise.never ever go there again. Not mention service was slow and not friendly at all.
Good place to stop by, get brunch or lunch on your travels. Nice close to nature ambience friendly staff
Real nice little cafe in Waihi, great menu and nice snacks and meals. Coffee and hot chocolate was real nice on a cool rainy day and the toasties were nice too.
Excellent choice of gluten free meals along with traditional cooking as well. Great service and great coffee, what a find.
Lovely date scones and a pleasant outdoor seating area. In winter there's a cozy fireplace, too.
Came here for lunch
Great food, and great service. Food was ready within 20 minutes. Best chicken burger I've had. Highly recommended!
Had two amazing vists here this weekend. On both occasions we sampled the breakfast (eggs on toast and avocado smash on a personal note only found that the amount of Basil in the smash a little ott)
loved all the little touches with the meals - sauce with eggs on toast.beetroot relish with the Avocado smash.
On both visits we would the standard of the coffees very high.
The staff both days were friendly and very helpful.
Great food, service and ambience. Our large group were all served promptly and every one was very happy
Coffee and food is good but the outside courtyard could do with a bit of love and refreshing as it is rundown and looking untidy and old. Makes the experience not as enjoyable hence the 3/5 stars.
We have become gluten intolerant with advancing years. This place works hard on delicious GF options. Their character shop is indoors/outdoors, central, and parking is never a problem.
Nothing negative. Food great. Ambience superb, service friendly. Great choice of cabinet food. Coffee lovely.
Busy which is great. Not a big selection of food to coose from though. Friendly staff and cosy atmosphere inside and out.very Waihi
Good food and service, but the meal was far too large and I was full after just 2/3rds.
Maybe offer half size meals for a cheaper price
Beaut coffee, courtesy of a very friendly barista who knows her craft well! Thanks guys, we'll be back next road trip
Staff were friendly and the food was so yummy. Coffee good. They had the fire going which was so cosy.
It's small, quaint and very homely, with an open fire which gives a great ambience, even when it's not lit! They have some great looking dishes, though we only had a coffee and a couple of scones. The servings we observed provided to other tables looked scrumptious, shame we weren't there for lunch. Very friendly and happy staff,
Lovely brunch location and menu. Our food was lovely, and piping hot to suit the cold weather. We were fortunate to be able to sit outside, even though it is now winter, as the sun was out. However it was a bit cold in the shade. A lap rug would have been nice (I notice some other places now provide this). The café is a busy one, being the only proper café open on a Sunday. Portion size was good. My husband had a cheese toastie and fries off the children's menu and was happy with the portion. My vegetable frittata was delicious.
