Great service, easy to book, reception was warm and welcoming on arrival. Nurse was very thorough and in formative.

Our 5 year old was anxious about attending her appointment. Nicola was amazing. Super child-centred and playful. She put our daughter at ease, and allowed her to see the wax removal as it happened. Recommend Tolbecs without hesitation and feel relieved to have a non-stressful medical procedure for our little one.

My 2 year old son had an appointment to have his ears cleaned and checked. The staff were so friendly and patient. They played games with my son so that he was happy when the cleaning was happening. Everything was really well explained. Great experience

I was given good information regarding my ear health when travelling.

I had a blocked ear for 12 days from having a cold and an international flight.
Doctor did not help but referred me to Tolbec ear clinic.
Nurse was amazing in explaining the problem and self treatment advice. My ear has cleared within 24 hours.
In future I will go direct to the clinic for any ear problems.

We took our 3.5yr old to have her ear cleaned due to an infection. Nicola was amazing with our daughter. Totally set her at ease and obviously had much experience with kids! Would definitely recommend them, especially if you have a nervous child.

Awesome service at Tolbecs this morning. Knowledgeable, caring staff who went the extra mile to ensure that a procedure was explained well and carried out with minimal discomfort. Totally recommended.

Medical Treatment should never be withheld from ANYONE. I'm thoroughly disappointed to see that TOLBECs have made the choice to discriminate. I have always recommended TOLBECs, never again. If anyone else is looking for an Ear Clinic be sure to see Tui Medical who are not denying services. Even when this "pandemic" is over TOLBECs will no longer receive my custom and I'll be sure to let everyone else know too.

Amazing service!

Went to Tolbecs after I had lost hearing in one ear and to be honest was quite nervous about the experience as I had never had my ears professionally cleaned. The staff were super friendly and more then happy to explain all I needed to know.

The procedure was quick and painless and my hearing has never been better!

Fabulous service. My Nurse was passionate about her work, and it showed. I have been to a couple of different clinics over the years, and while they were good, I am so glad that I have discovered the team at Tolbec's because they are outstanding.

Extremely disappointed that after several years of using this service, this private health care clinic has personally chosen to neglect the health and well-being of their patients based on their vaccination statues, not a rule set by law and mandatory but being a private service, they have decided themselves. Tui medical center do the same service yet they don’t neglect, refuse a medical service, or discriminate against anyone. Anyone who stands for the freedom for the country I hope you stand against this and consider Tui medical center so that businesses with the mentality to refuse medical care based on different personal statuses learn to be more considerate and understanding.

Just called the Tolbecs Ear Centre for a appointment for my husband who has been a client going back many years along with one of our son's. He is very disappointed that he is being discriminated against for being Vax Free. Thank goodness of Tui Medical centre.

Wow I was impressed im not from hamilton and where I am from they use water to clean wax here a vacuum of sorts I was going to make a joke about it being they size of a max trick but no excellent service and friendly staff kept me talking and it was over before I knew it well worth the money

I went to Tolbecs after having an incredibly sore earache/ear infection for 8 days. I'd been to 2 doctors and another ear clinic before seeing Theresa. She could immediately tell that I was in a lot of pain and was very gentle because of this. She advised the best drops to use for my situation and what to do from there on out, and with her help the pain was gone in less than 2 days. Tolbecs really know what they are doing and definitely have your best interest at heart. Highly recommend seeing them if you have any issues
