Good value retractable hose and amazing service from Trade Depot, they will always be my first destination when buying products for our home.

We brought all new appliances for the kitchen renovation via TradeDepot (Midea). We had some issues with the Midea dishwasher (pump) and oven (control knob) and it was sorted incredibly quickly under warranty, in fact the team went beyond the call of duty to pickup on other potential issues and remediated this too. First class! Excellent value for money, and superb pre and post sales support. Best wishes.

So much stuff on offer, all at crazy low prices. Not cheap junk either, Trade Depot has decent quality products at way lower prices than you expect.

I send an email for a part needed for my Tumble drier that I bought from Trade depot almost 4 years ago.
I was answered promptly and was told someone can come fix it the very next day.
Jill whom I chatted to over the phone, was lovely, answered all my emails promptly and sorted it out for me - I got a technician sorted and part sorted.

Should be a choice for 0 stars. Euan in dispatch is the most unhelpful person i have ever delt with, Made a mistake with my trademe auctions, is now not responding to emails, phone calls, emails from head office. Even basic questions like - can i send my own courier (at my own cost due to your mistake) net no reply.

I now have a pile of items sitting in hamilton which i cant do anything with due to Euans failure to do his job

Called head office, ten minutes on the phone, for the women to tell me she would email the unhelpful dispatcher. 3 hours later. NO REPLY

Bunnings reply dont bother with these guys.

They could not supply the pipe i needed but told me where else it is stocked. Huge stoe so much in there must go back again soon.

Purchased an item to be dispatched 2-4 days after making sure it was in stock.

5 days later they send me a generic email to say it's currently on back order and expected date unavailable.

Like is it ever coming back in. Why send a generic email.

Seems a lot of people are having issues with this place

Put in a warranty claim a month ago. Haven’t heard anything for two weeks. Called up today spoke to a guy called Rome Ramirez. He told me my vanity was no longer under warranty, even though it has a five year warranty. Told me they would cover the crack that’s developed in my vanity and said how can I prove I didn’t cause the damage (I didn’t) then tried to say they would pay half the cost to repair and when I said no you should honour the warranty, he said they don’t cover cracks, even though it’s a defect. I told him I wanted to deal with someone else. He told me if I didn’t deal with him, I didn’t deal with anyone. Have since laid a complaint with the commerce commission.

What is available is interesting, but I just get the feeling there are gaps in the products. Staff were extra helpful. I

They are amazing, really obliging, cheap products beyond comparison. I have not physically been in to the shop, but only online shopped.

I am not very happy with trade depot Hamilton, I ordered a fridge in store two weeks ago now, I have had nothing but problems with the staff and delivery, delivery was meant to be 3-5 business days, I have made numerous phone calls and have even come into store, firstly they say that the order was for click and collect, clearly states on the receipt for delivery. I call up to see what’s happened. I went in store the next day, the person I spoke to said Thursday for delivery, went in on the Thursday morning to see if it was being delivered on that day, spoke to the store manager who said no sorry delivery is for tomorrow, it is now the next day I have made numerous phone calls today as it is now 5: 30pm it has not been delivered! I will be making a formal complaint and I will not be ordering anything from your store again! I am utterly disgusted with your service.

Friendly interaction, wrong basin given but promptly and efficiently rectified at the Auckland branch. Staff followed up the following Monday to make sure everything worked out well. Good customer service.

Parts were delivered in a few days and spotless.
The barn door track set I purchased (2 off) are for an outside shed. A bit of thought required in the planning and prepping but everything fitted well and works smoothly

This branch is so huge but easily navigated to where I needed to go. Quickly serviced by staff who were very friendly. Biggest surprise was seeing our sales rep from Auckland Enrico! An outstanding facility, thank you.

Sales Rep: Amitp was extremely helpful with helping us sort a shower, vanity & toilet plus all fittings. Didn't take us very long as he sure knew his stuff. Rest of staff very helpful packing it on ute. Thanks Brian & Jeanette

Ordered a fridge online over a week ago. Got told it would be delivered on the Thursday of the week I brought it. We got rid of our fridge when we moved into our new property expecting our new fridge would be here. All our meat and food is now off. Was on the phone to trade depot all weekend trying to find out where my fridge is cause the tracking is saying it has been delivered but no one knows and I keep getting told we will send you a email or give you a phone call to update you. And I’m still waiting for our fridge and trade depot is like a 15 min drive from our house in Cambridge
I’ve edited this post to include that I have finally received my fridge freezer and to say the two young men who delivered my fridge were bloody awesome and even put my fridge into place for me since I’ve just had a shoulder reconstruction. But all the food that I had to chuck there was no mention about that. Update Tradedepot gave me a voucher to there store which was hugely appreciated.

Large warehouse filled with kitchen, bathroom, laundry fixtures and fittings at great prices. Also has heating and hot water solutions and anything a trade might need to so the job.

Amazing customer service. Staff were amazing in-store. Realised about an hour after we got home that we'd left some things we bought in-store. Was about to ring the store when a staff member rung us to let us know they had it aside for us to pick up.

Pretty good deals. Be nice once more shelves are filled and the cafe is open. Didn't see any parks for trailers which was a bit disappointing.
