They followed up with me on the date of installation, leading up to the installation and were available if I ever needed to call without much of a wait time at all. Worst fibre connection ever. Took one month to get sorted the fibre issue. And now the connection is lost and we need to keep on calling thé customer service, which is always a pain. They keep on telling someone will contact us. And it takes ages to get the response.

Been waiting a month now, came out last week to do final connection and then told some issue with connection that needed other people to fix. Now waiting with no timeline given, very frustrating this whole fibre process.

Incredible service from the TFF team recently for an additional connection at our property. We were kept well informed, the design work was well planned out and we had super friendly and knowledgable technicians carry out the ground works and install.

Awesome communications throughout the installation and hook up process, everything was done at the time and speed that was promised.

Cant even keep a simple deadline, despite advising the new ISP that the connection will occur at a specified time. No customer service hours on the weekend, meaning ill have to take unpaid time off work to sort this out monday. Hey tuatahi, theres this new invention called a clock, maybe if you knew how they worked, you might be able to stick to your promised times, but i guess if theres more than 2 braincells in there, they are probably sitting in the corner banging rocks together. And before I get an automated response, ive already emailed about it.

If I could give no stars I would. Made contact in November. Have had four visits. Everytime they say they can't install. They have done different designs and still the technicians arrive and say they can't install.
Such a simple installation. The fibre cables are there. I've had to take a day off work three times now. Who is compensating me for this? No one from Tuatahi reply to my emails or want to deal with me on the phone. The only person trying to help is a lady called Annette from Ventia although she cannot seem to get through to anyone.
Consumer NZ advised I make a complaint to TDR. This is a dispute resolution service.
Tuatahi Fibre have no interest in helping anyone out. They just fob you off to someone else and then it goes back and forth.

The Fibre cables are in the ground outside our lounge and on the street.

Installed my fibre fast and professionally. Matt was a hell of a nice guy to boot. Explained everything and left my place tidy. Fibre works great.

I can not overrated this company. The technician was faced with a dilemma about how to bring the cable from the outside site into my home. He came up a creative, tidy and very efficient solution. It looks great both inside at out. And the Fibre works perfectly. You won't go wrong if you use this company.

Found Tuatahi to be very efficient. Their communication was excellent and they responded very quickly to address any questions I had. The scheduling was excellent to suit me and the staff that came to complete the connection were friendly and very efficient. Many thanks
