Tui Ear Clinic

My experience at Tui Ear Clinic was great. I have been to three other Ear clinics in the last year and this has been the best experience so far. Holly at reception was lovely and Nurse Donna was very informative. Donna took the time to explain what she was doing as my ear was being suctioned, she also gave me the option to watch the process on a screen which helped me relax and she was very gentle.
Donna also covered aftercare and was very thorough with this. This is the first time I have walked away from an Ear Clinic feeling comfortable about the entire process and confident in my ear healing. Thank you Tui Ear Clinic for being so diligent with your clients it's made such a difference to me and it's so greatly appreciated.

Ear doctor was absolutely amazing. Cool technology and now my hearing is much better. Friendly staff all-round. Like the fact they send you a reminder in a years time because it's something I need annually that's for sure!

Thank you to the Tui Ear Clinic team for looking after my ears! The micro-suctioning was very interesting. It did not hurt at all, plus I was able to see what they are doing on the tv screen. Very good service. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely outstanding.
My first ear infection in my 57 years on this planet.
Time was made for me to see consultant, who was wonderful, put you at your ease, told you everything before she did it, had a laugh and a chat with you, talked you through what was going on as you watched it on big screen. Explained everything fully and followed up too.
Ask for Jessica, she is just top notch.
I couldn't have been more pleased with the service and thought. Truly excellent and an example to all.

My right ear was so itchy for more than 2 years and I went to the doctors several times before visiting Tui Ear Clinic. Each time the doctors gave me the wrong advice and wrong medical treatment. Sometimes I was in severe pain for a couple of days following scratching my itchy ear.
After being mistreated and a painful ear wax removal at another clinic couple weeks ago, the lovely nurse in Tui Ear Clinic amazed me with her knowledge and help, she fixed the issue perfectly. Thank you so much for doing a fantastic job. The best ear-care service anywhere. Finally! Relief after so long. After just one visit I am now free from infection and itchiness!
