Good service. Just takes too long to get an appointment. At least a week but usually two. Otherwise all good.

I called ahead to make sure I could walk-in and wait to see an urgent doctor. They said yes they do walk-ins. On their door if the clinic it says 'walk-ins welcome. ' I arrived and was told they don't do walk-ins.

Update your staff and signage to have the correct information. It's not fun driving around to multiple locations when you need urgent medical care.

If your booking appointments here I highly recommend Dr Zitendra or Dr George. Both kind and helpful doctors in my experience. The Doctor I felt least listened to and had a bad experience with was Dr Funmi. Had to complain last time I had an appointment with her which got back to her and she tried resolving the issue

Took my son to see Dr Funbi, completely shocked at how rude and unprofessional this doctor was. Do not recommend! So uncaring for a doctor.

Can’t even get a booking on the next day. Called the CS to look for an open slot today or tomorrow on all the centres but they are all fully booked. Very very disappointing.

Had me booked in for the medical, got a confirmation text a day prior. Turn up for my appointment and got told that the doctor was not in and i was “supposed “ to get a text in the morning but no one sent it unfortunately. I asked if i could be seen by another doc but no available slot. 2 days later i get a invoice of $20 to pay.

Very very happy with the service here. I took my teenage son in for his second covid jab today and the nurse kindly obliged to aspirate the needle when I requested it. This important step is being skipped at many places where covid jabs are being administered around New Zealand. Thanks so much. This is a huge relief to me.

Incompetent staff! Worst clinic in Hamilton

Charged for an infant cancelled appointment! Amazed with such a poor quality of service.

If you need help or advice about your mental health, go see Dr Jack, he’s very experienced, friendly and positive, and he doesn’t just say dumb stuff like “try mindfulness or counselling” like other doctors do. So yes, I highly recommend Dr Jack, he’s worth the trip across town. Thanks.

I am disgusted with the incompetency of not only this branch, but all the Tui Medical center's in Hamilton. 2hours plus waiting time for emergency walk in's, 3 weeks plus for an appointment with your registered Doctor.

Then you are still billed for a missed appointment that you had cancelled.
I attempted calling 3 times but there was no answer, so I proceeded to email them to cancel my appointment.

Had to use my time and effort to send the proof of the email I sent cancelling the appointment and the response acknowledging that it had been cancelled.

Its a disgrace. I would rather pay the little extra to see private Doctor's.

I've booked an appointment a week ago for my daughter's eczema, and I've taken half day off for the appointment.till the morning of the day, I've been told that doctor is unwell, I have to rebook another appointment. I called the clinic and central contact centre, they couldn't rearrange an appointment at the same day, and suggested me to pay more for the urgent clinic and wait longer. Excuse me! Is that my fault this has to be rearranged.

For a registered patient with no community services card a visit to Tui Parkwood (where my GP is working) costs more than twice the price of any other Tui Practice. I’m starting to think Tui Medical are all about profit and not the health of their patients. What’s with the $5 online booking fee? I could understand maybe a $2 fee at the most but $5? Just pure greed IMO. Also I feel rushed during my consultations, GPs I’ve seen are not thorough and are reluctant to refer for specialist testing via the public health system. The lack of follow up after blood tests is also a concern. I tested positive for Coeliac Disease twice and received no information about long term management of the condition or referral for a gastroscopy. I’ve lost all faith in Tui Medical #fail

First time been there, because Tui Rototuna is fully booked, My daughter had fever at 39.8 degree for 2 days, and doctor seems not willing to do some regular test for my daughter.and She is rude and even done have a smile or greeting. Tui Rototuna is bad, and Tui Parkwood is the worst in Hamilton.

Parkwood is one if the more expensive clinics. However I dont mind paying as it is convenient and normally has appointments.

What I am disappointed in is that this clinic on top of its high price charges a credit card surcharge.

As I sit in the waiting room I look around me and some people are very vulnerable, to be hit with extra fees that are more a income gathering is so sad.
I am sure your already high prices that everyone pays is more then enough to cover the odd person who is so desperate for healthcare that they NEED to put it on their credit card.

Good at times, but I'm vocal about what I'm wanting otherwise they brush off your health concerns and I have a medical history. It's like they want to rush you through the process of the appointment sometimes not even examining the physical body. It's the cheapest practice to go to in Hamilton so I have no other choices ‍️

Good doctors, probably the best out of the tui brand, they keep to appointment times, prices are still good value, would be great if you had path lab service

Prices keep going up, not sure why prices are different between Tui practices within Hamilton? An appointment for my 14 year old was 80% more expensive at Parkwood compared to Tui Medical Te Rapa? Hard to get an appointment, too many patients on the books.

I found this tui medical center easy to book online In the past. This time I cannot get into that part at all. It's much cleaner than Fairfield Tui medical center. Shame that the booking system is down but I prefer this one. Service is good. Doctors seem to be in rush which is offputting.

Just came in for a simple prescription and they made me wait for about 90 minutes which was way longer of what they told me the waiting time should have been. Not good at all when you don't have an appointment even though you have to pay more when not having one.

I was at this clinic as my usual GP at Flagstaff was not available. My purpose was to get my blood test results and my quarterly prescriptions. Was disappointed with this new and young GP who does not seem to know how to read the test results. While she tried to be helpful, I have had to explain the test results as I have been a diabetic for a long time. She clearly has little knowledge of blood and urine test results for diabetics.
