Most times I have only had a hours wait to see a Doctor but when I have trouble breathing Iget seen straight away

DR Muntasir Akther was on time and very friendly and supportive of my husband when he went for his driver's licence renewal.

At least 2 weeks to get an appointment, that too if you are lucky. So if you need a cure, wait for 2 weeks OR go for an urgent care and pay $130.whatever you are sick with, might be something not urgent but at the same time unavoidable. So, be ready to wait for non urgent medical attention to get worse within 2 weeks and eventually get critical OR pay $130 for urgent care

every month, for 4 months in a row, above situation was the exact same. Every appoint available after exact 2 weeks or more. Interesting!

Wasted almost 3 hours sitting there in pain. When I arrived there were just 2 patients in queue ahead of me and I have seen atleast 12 people coming after me and examined by doctor.kept on saying for 1 hour that you are first in queue but was never seen. I do understand that they do have appointments as well but their management is absolutely rubbish. Make sure you start screaming when you arrive there, thats the only way to see doctor in urgent care.

Totally awesome place to go. Lovely, friendly and caring staff. Wonderful doctors who treated me so well. Great place to go when sick - you know you will get excellent professional help with love and care from all the staff - from administrators to nurses to doctors. My experience was excellent.

If you say you are going to ring me back that day about Bloods test results. Please do. Came in Tuesday had blood done Tuesday, heard nothing YET

I've been going to Tui Medical for a very long time now and I'm very happy with the care I've received. I use Manage My Health for booking appointments, checking test results, requesting scripts etc.and I find this works very well. I've found the reception staff helpful, and I usually book with my same preferred doctor who is excellent.

I have been with Tui Medical since it started at Te Rapa. Can only say the Drs and staff have only been helpful in every way as required. Will praise them for their work commitment, nothing seems to be of a problem in getting things sorted.

We have a bigger population now and can understand sometimes the waiting time can be longer after your appointment time otherwise satisfactory with my experience. Making an appointment can be 2 to 3 weeks to see your doctor.

I have had good and bad times with Tui. Once you get to see someone you get get good service. But the getting that far can take weeks/months and phonecards and emails are useless.

I know going to see your doctor is not good HOWEVER everytime I have visited this clinic one is always treated with the utmost respect and care. The receptionists are always helpful and take the time to make sure that you okay. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK TEAM!

Best place to visit if you not feeling well. Best to be a member with them to receive pricing benefits.

We had the most incredible service on Friday night! The whole vibe at the clinic was so warm and welcoming. Dr Sarah was so helpful and thorough. Highly recommend!

Carl listened very carefully. He didn't rush me and I felt very secure in his instructions. He got back to me as soon as my results came through with more recommendations. Very impressed with the service.

I go to Flagstaff or St Andrew. My experience since attending those to Tui M. C hv been fantastic.

I will nt return to Rototuna due to an Irish doctor who didnt take tha 15min to actually check me properly ended up misdiagnosed me ‍

Attention and support by Dr Sharma Excellent l am worried about his wellbeing and his colleagues given the pressure they are under. The waiting room leaves a lot to be desired urgent upgrade needed. Having access to a social worker would enhance the values of Tui Medical.

Very new client at Tui Med centre the f Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The doctor took extra time to check he covered all my history and present situation as well I have full confidence in this practice.

Spoke to a very nice person on the phone. And when I finally talk to the person who handled complaints. Thank you for taking it seriously, I have band anxiety. Have to apologise, I didn't write I meant to. I panicked.

Very nice me (everyone).
Buy, was in serious pain, and doctor, treated me strangley.
But this is a great clinic. And I don't hesitate to recommend.
