My mother has had enough. She has visited three times in the past couple of months and all three times they have charged her for things she never purchased. Today a $7.99 lettuce magically appeared on her docket. When asked for a refund they gave her a $5 note and a manky $2 coin, which turned out to be Malaysian when cleaned. So she was only refunded $5, not the $8 charged. That's really poor customer service. I will remove this review if the store want to make it right.

Staff doesn’t have any experience in customer service.charging extra money as well. Poor Management.

Grabbed some burger buns from here. I should have checked the expiry tag. Had mould on them. Have yet to hear back from them in regards. Ill stick to my local vege mart.

Ok parking not good i was there the other day and I was just going home leveling parking and didn't see the car on my blind side and ram in to it not good just be careful with the on coming cars

Very bad experience.first time we decided to buy onions and potatos from this shop as the price was little cheap than other shop.but now i regret, as half of both bags are rotten and i end up throwing both bags as there were maggets on bottom of bags.so sorry but not going back.

The Puha i purchased had a lot of non etable leaf which was very hard to see until i got home after removing from th plastic bag. Still enough for a boilup kai

Worst experience I ever had in any Indian grocery store. Prices are same like pak n save.but Vegetables are worst not fresh.cheaper ones are not eatable. The old lady on customer service might be an owner I don’t know but she is very rude and with disrespectful attitude. She always trying to do bad comments in her language and make fun of customers in her own words.really very bad experience. I will never go to this shop again. Happy to pay more in pak n save or countdown

The old lady on the counter was rude to me when I asked her for the price. Poor customer service.

A lot of product, but a lot which isn't fresh. They sell for less than the super marts, but the quality isn't great. The staff are all Indian and speak Hindi or Punjabi most of the time. The woman who was assisting me didn't realise i could understand what she was saying in Hindi. She wasn't happy because all i was buying was a loaf of bread and yogurt, unlike the other customers who were buying much more. She mumbled in Hindi, saying "he's hardly buying anything". When i offered to pay in cash, this annoyed her further as she thought i was wasting her time. She continued mumbling unpleasantly. Lesson learned. I might not buy a whole lot in one go. But i would have come more often than most of the other customers. It's sad you don't realize the importance of customer service. I won't be returning to your store again.

Checkout staff need training for customer service as they're rude always speaking different language to one another whilst customer is being served. A simple smile goes a long way. The fruit n veges are mediocre not always fresh, some are withered. Always buy milk from this store and was refused a plastic bag to carry them in when asked why? , they advised I need to buy a grocery bag as they do not provide bags for milk. Ridiculous!

Stuff Needs more training.and needs to know how to deal with the costmers.instead of being rude with the costmers! And needs to be helpful

The range of produce was good but unfortunately the quality was nit. Most of the veges I was interested in was not fresh and the root veges quite spongey. The prices for the stuff nit on clearance quite high compared with the supermarket.

Lots of fruit sitting out in the heat that was over ripe, bruised. The lettuce and tomato's we brought were fine.

Quality of produce has gone down significantly. Bought avocados here and they were totally inedible, completely brown and looked rotten on the inside.

The fruit is not checked enough and is often exposed to long periods of sun before staff notice if at all. Was unimpressed to see insects eating clearly rotton fruit next to fruit for sale. Staff also arn't talkative which makes for a very awkward silence at the counter. Prices are pretty average too. No public bathroom either even for customers.

Nice produce fruit very expressive in packs. Use to love going here but would you pay $7 for 4 tomatoes

Lots to choose from if you want a variety of different types of fruit and veges prices are cheaper then supermarkets

Very nice place with good specials. Parking is a bit hard to come by if you want to park close.

Staff are friendly and helpful but their standards of fruit has dropped quite a bit. Bought fruit there about 2 days ago and already had to throw some away.
