Can't thank this place enough for the care they provided us over the recent years for our boy Lucious, we recently lost our beloved dog and the staff here were extremely helpful showed us so much kindness compassion and empathy

I called with a dog who was throwing up and diarrhea, he was very ill. They saw him immediately, were kind and patient. Within two days William is back on his feet and 100%. I can't thank you enough as I was so worried.

I was very pleased, staff are awesome and very lovely. My 12 week old chocolate labrador puppy had his vaccinations and worming tablet very knowledgeable and helpful vets with great advice for first-time dog owner. Highly recommend this veteran clinic.

Our 5 month old goat was bloated since morning. Easy to get in to get check up and friendly staff.
She was given abs and anti inflammatory and electrolytes. They told us thats all that could be done at the stage. We did whatever was instructed by the vet. We trusted them as professionals knows best but the same day 2 hours after visiting the vet our baby passed away which by that time she was unable to stand up on her own and her stomach swell even more. There was more that could have been done! Rather than being sent home and told to monitor for 24 hours and that she would feel better.

This is a true Team that really care about your pet and their needs.

Nothing short of professional. Amazing service, even before i put the cat in. Tried to book cat into cattery so it can have its check up and shots, and at the same time I can do my business in Hamilton whilst someone pops into to visit cat as she's interested in adopting. Called 3 Vets prior and got all types of puch back, like, couldn't they visit you at your home? Vetora turned every stone over to accommodate. Can't be more grateful, thank you!

Thankyou Renee and the reception staff for making an anxious morning with my sick cat more tolerable with empathy communication and kindness. I've used the Te Awamutu branch in the past so I did anticipate the same level of professionalism and care with Vetora Hamilton and I was right.

I phoned to book an appt for my dog and the girl said they weren't taking new clients. She suggested carevets Glenview which we'd already been to. I told her we'd had a bad experience and she was very dismissive-quite rude. Happy to travel to get friendly service elsewhere

I had to have my precious cat put down yesterday at nearly 20 years of age after she was diagnosed with kidney and thyroid issues at Vetora Collins Road about 9 months before. The staff from diagnosis to check ups and especially at the very end were nothing short of amazing. It takes some very special people to have that balance of care, professionalism and empathy and Vetora Collins Road have that in abundance. I highly recommend.

The staff are very engaging and enthusiastic about our pets. Offer great advice and are sensible about what's realistic, so as not to just upsell. Lovely clean premise, easy parking.

The team at Vetora are so kind. You can tell they really care about the animals that go to their clinic. They managed the Level 3 restrictions well, still taking time to be informative and respectful. I'd recommend them to anyone.
