Westerman Property is great. Nikita and Lorraine are wonderful agents. Always happy to help, from 2019 I've been working with Westerman's. Lorraine found me a place to rent and has looked after us. Recently Nikita sorted out a hot cylinder valve fault. Immediately arranged for the plumber to replace the valve. Amazing my power bill was back to normal. Great Team. Thank you. My wife and I had the pleasure of dealing with Lorraine Gordon when struggling to find a place to rent in Taupo. She was nothing but warm and resourceful. She was able to find good options within the limited time frame we had on such short notice. We had a very good experience working with her.

Its very rare that you can meet people in business that make you feel welcome.
I recommend that the next employees of the month go out to these two ladies that had excellent customer service and done inspections with the tenants in mind.
Their job is a hard job to do at times especially with the different people they meet in the industry.
All that can be said is tenants in general respect other people's property.

Westermans you are the best. I spoke to Yvonne first about our situation and it was nice to know she actually cared about finding a house for us.she handed us over to Lorraine who also cares, and has been amazing, she found the right house for us and our 21 month old. Lorraine has gone out of her way and has made the process easy! We had one week to find a house as the house we had organised fell through. Thank you so much! Amanda, Willie and Zac.
