This was one of the most stressful emotional times of my life but Erin and Philip were amazing to deal with and made this experience a beautiful send off. I highly recommend them.

I loved their empathetic and caring way that they dealt with our loved one. Their chapel is amazing and we loved the way Erin treated our family. She was so understanding and caring, and I wouldn't hesitate to go to Woolertons again.

Woolerton's were so empathetic with my dad's funeral. They made a deeply emotional experience much easier to go through. They made my dad's final journey dignified and perfect. The chapel, in an historic building with its exposed beams and a living wall created the perfect atmosphere too. Even better it can be reconfigured for large and small intimate funerals. At a time when emotions are sometimes overwhelming, Phil provided comfort, empathy and understanding in arranging a farewell service for our mum. The process was complicated by Covid restrictions, but our conversations were about finding options and alternatives to say our final good byes and celebrate her life. Thank you so much for guiding us and arranging an unforgettable tribute under challenging circumstances.

I can't recommend woolertons funeral home enough! Five years on and I am still so thankful for the care and kindness we received from Erin and Phillip. Everything was performed with love and care and both went above and beyond to support us through the processes. Erin and Philip put together a sensitive and amazing service for us, and helped with all the ancillary affairs and details that popped up leading up to the funeral, including time at home for Dad, for us to say goodbye.

The ceremony was warm and beautiful, and all who attended in the live stream made mention of how included and present they felt. It was really important to us to get that right due to the large numbers of overseas family and they really delivered.

Not only that, but their discretion and attention to detail from our first meeting, and help with everything from flowers to service sheets was excellent, not to mention their ability to help us make it all happen within what we knew was a very demanding time frame.
