Z - Kahikatea Dr - Service Station

Bought a coffee, it was warm not hot. Bought a lasagna topper as well, tasted off and threw it out. Bought a pie asked for it to be given 20 seconds in the microwave, no microwave. For the price of everything these days i expect better service, better food and better customer service, it was disgusting.

Ordered 'small' flat white. Charged for and was going to make 'large'. Was refunded difference, BUT then staff went to use 'SOY' milk, which I DID NOT ask for (was proably charged extra). And worst of all the coffee was garbage.weak as, and will be binned in a moment. Poor communication through ridiculous perspect glass, + poor listening skills.

Worst customer service. I visited just now.
Ugly staff. The lady is not professional at all. Lack of understanding of the New Zealand social policy and laws. No mannerisms at all. Irritable and Abusive attitude towards the females. Shame on you.

Employ better workers please. The Indian man that is on the most wouldn’t serve my husband a gas bottle at night which we understood because he was the only 1 on and it was late but when my husband went back the next morning he said they don’t sell them at all. I hope it’s not just laziness because they’re the only Z I know that do that. As below review stated 1 star is even too generous.

Extremely unimpressed with the service here. My partner grabbed a couple of pies and a sausage roll for us, and the cashier/server thought it appropriate to "joke" about my boyfriends weight and appearance. Saying things like, "is all that for you? " and when my partner said no my partner too, the cashier quipped "oh just the sausage roll, and both pies for you". When my bf made it clear he was uncomfortable the cashier brushed it off as a joke.

This kind of behaviour is inappropriate and unbelievable. It's a poor joke to make to or about a friend, but about a customer who's a total stranger is just disgusting.

Easy drive in drive out service station, cheaper petrol too than some of the others in the area.

Shameful business owner, employing Indians whose understanding of basic English and customer service is worst than Prince Andrew attending your child's 21st birthday party. How 1 employee is meant to serve 12 customers wanting petrol and/or drinks that have to be made to order is an insult to the public. This business's motto is "we keep you waiting, and waiting, and waiting some more". Even a 1 star rating is generous.

Ok place, nice and clean had a couple of coffees which were weak and milky, ham and egg sandwich which had no taste and the date, berry and white chocolate muffin was also pretty average cost $17.70

This place is so coveniently located on kahikatea drive. Always drop by here every week.verry Spacious and even have food shops aside from the convenience store.

Followed Gaspy's instructions came to here. Supposedly to have the best price in Hamilton. Yes, it is. Good location too.

Worker grabbed sausage roll with her hands without washing and moved it around in the cabinet in front of us.

I've ordered coffee every morning for the past week or so. I've given it numerous chances.the coffee is not good. I've tried ordering numerous ways to make it taste better. The final straw was today when the lady working wouldn't even let me have a serviette to hold my hot coffee with. She said they only give serviettes with pies. She is not friendly and obviously makes bad coffee. She has been rude numerous times when I have come in. Today I was feeling concerned that she was purposely making my coffee taste bad.not going again. Love Z.just not this one.especially not for coffee.

Come on guys poor service this 3 rd time i cane around 9 am in morning and u guys dont have any veg pie staff not look aftar very disappointed

Slow service.only one staff member in the store.about 10 people waiting to pay for gas and shes doing coffies

New and fresh. The fuel worked just fine, as you'd expect. All the usual garage things in the shop. Has a car wash.

I have been served by Pritz and she was very friendly, helpful and professional. Can't complaint much about petrol price these days cause it is expensive in everywhere. Happy to give 4 star!

Huge praise to the young man I am so sorry I cannot remember your name, can i just say your customer service is astonishing, you are so help full and cherry I appreciate all you helped me with from my car tyres to topping up the window washer bottle - you made the tv advert seem a bit closer to reality. Big thumbs up - management he needs a pay rise!

One less star because of Karl who work here sometimes.he saw us coming inside still ignored us went to do other stuffs.i find it a little rude.rest all good.i would give 5 stars to the young guy who works here.i don’t know his name but i should say he should get best customer service representative award.
