When there for dinner Wednesday 30th with some work mates. We had a booking for 7pm did not get seated until 7.30pm. Got our dinner at 8.20pm. One of our ladies went up to order dessert and got told the kitchen was closed. Which was very disappointing as they did not say anything to us about. As we were walking out the door, they had shut it very quickly as well as the windows. We found that there was no communication from the staff.

We had a booking for Thursday 30/11/23 for 7pm when we got there our table wasn’t ready they finally got our table done at 7: 30ish took our order after 8pm then some of us wanted dessert but was told that the kitchen is closed I fell this is rude has it was their fault we where running late. NO Excuse when the could of maded more money

Nice place for a good meal at a resonable price. Pays to book a table if you can and they have different special deals on different days like Burger Tuesday. Steak Thursday.

Once more great atmosphere, great service and great food. Our visitors from over the hill loved it too.

Have spoken to locals in the area with the poor service we received. We ordered our meals for 2 adults and 2 children 1hour & 15 minutes it took them. Simple meals, nothing hard about steak that was burnt, chicken nuggets and chips and chicken dinner.
Only one waitress with an attitude I picked up the meals from the counter, one cook with a hair net and the other no hair net. Not that busy, absolutely disappointing service.

Took family there today for my birthday, booked yesterday had people arrive after us and served before us. Meals were over cooked and not nice, one of my family walked out. Always notice that when food is below par and they don't come and ask how your meal is. A very disappointing birthday lunch.
Certainly wouldn't recommend. And no we didn't complain although we wanted to.

Had a great time at a staff members farewell. Food was awesome. Portions very generous. The prawns were absolutely scrumptious. The waitress was so helpful and went out of her way to accomodate us and everybody's special requests.

Ordered takeaway ribs the other night. When I got them home they were two degrees above raw. Extremley tough and with barely any BBQ sauce on them and barely any meat. I'm talking 95% bone. We had to cook them for another 1.5 hours at home to make them edible. The kitchen obviously hadn't prepared properly, but instead of steering us to a different menu item then just took our $$ and sold us sub standard food that could have been a food poisoning incident. I rang, left my number and asked for a callback from the manager and made it clear I wanted a refund. Still waiting to hear from them. Amateurs.

We just have our anniversary dinner in here and the food was good but wished the food attendants were more attentive and sensitive. I also noticed that the servers were not wearing any face masks at all.

Service was fantastic, it was my birthday and the meal was amazing. Staff friendly and are just plain lovely.

Very good prices for the quantity of the meals. Great quality meals too! The ribs are top notch

Went for a friends birthday Was terrible, had to go up the to counter to get a drink they didn’t come to offer one, our waitress Sat at a table colouring in, our food took an hour and a bit when served it was cold.there were only 4 other people in the restaurant.would not recommend!

My partner had a steak needed gravy and to be hotter. He asked for medium rare the steak came out too rare. I had the fish was nice too much chips. Good service and nice atmosphere

Food was delicious. Loved the kids meals and the other food was excellent. The whole family enjoyed it.

Always nice to bring the family here. The family were treated by staff as special. Really nice to hang out on a cold winter night and have good food. Great food, great service.

Passing thru Masterson. We enjoyed our meal here tonight. Good range on menu and reasonably priced. Wait staff Good. Will stop again.

The staff are very friendly and amazing. The food is great, meals were very fulling. Was a very great fun night. Would definitely go back.

Can't even book for more than 2 people online or over the phone. No excuses just said they don't do bookings for more than 2 people. Unsure what the reason behind it as I thought this place was family orientated. But that is not the case. You can book online for more than 2 and when you go in they will turn you away. No cares an like your the problem not their website!

Nice meal. Pleasant surroundings. The young waitress who served us was very nice, polite and chatty.
