Great staff. Every time I've had to come in for whatever reason they've always been super friendly and helpful. Often when I'm in they'll tell me about some other savings account, credit card or overdraft that I could do but it never feels like they're pushing anything on me or not being honest about. Now and then I'll get a call from someone from this branch with helpful information. Most recently checking if I was a student and informing me that non-students have fees on their credit card just incase I wasn't aware. Then telling me about some savings account with a higher interest rate than what I was currently on and would I like to switch.
New smart ATM's are hopeless for depositing cheques, made even harder when no bags available out of business hours, and if I go to a counter in business hours I get charged. Not user friendly.
