10Don’t know where to start.a certain personal banker really needs to go back to school the service was appalling like talking to someone that does not understand anything. Leaving this bank altogether.
Was going to give one star but the rather tall girl did do as I asked - I only had to repeatedly explain to her five times (haha)
Went in with card due to expire - told that one would be sent within a week and that until I got a new one my old one would continue to work. Both of these proved untrue.
Not quite sure why this branch has bad reviews, would be good if people provided specifically what was the situation was so they could see about improving. Personally, I've had really good experience with this branch and ASB in general. Yes they can be super busy sometimes but they really try to help as soon as they get to you. I can appreciate the employees at this branch that are dealing with large number of people but still giving it 100% being careful with peoples money. I couldn't stand around 8 hours a day and still put a smile on, good on you!
I found it very difficult to hear in the bank due to the acoustics. I felt like our conversation was going in circles and didn't match what the other branches has told my colleagues (I need to be added to an account for a charity as a boardmember).
I was told I had make an appointment to do something that other board members had had no difficulty doing in person at other branches. It was frustrating to take an afternoon off work and not be able to even figure out what needed to be done. I felt better seeing these reviews, because I left in tears.
I dont recomend this bank to any one I have a bad experience with them. They dont respect the customers at all specially the lambton quay branch
Very, very unhelpful front desk staff. Have been a loyal customer for more than a decade. Completely unacceptable ongoing problem over credit card fraud.
Wait times are often long and the quality of service is wildly inconsistent. Staff seem to stop giving a damn near the end of the day.
Spot is great. Can do anything you need to do in regards to deposits/transactions. Staff are very helpful and go out of their way with their service and recommendations
