Called in for first time to drop prescription off was queue of people so had to wait a while probably would have been nice just for an acknowledgment that they would be with us as soon as possible but when we got served staff was fantastic explained how long it would be & when I came back were very thorough explaining how to use medications & gave a sheet on how to reduce it weekly per instructions made things so simple to understand

Such a lovely place to come and is Kiwi owned. My Granddaughter and I love coming for a good shop especially with the low prices. The Pharmacists are always so kind and are able to answer my questions and most of the Workers are willing to help you find anything you need or an alternative. I'm always impressed with the Young Girl with glasses and a long ponytail and the Young Man on a Saturday, they are so polite to listen to my Old Lady stories and are able to lead me to exactly where everything is. Definitely worth the 5 stars.

They have a big banner outside saying that they price beat with %10 less than other retailers for the same product. But when you ask them to do that they get grumpy. It seems they don’t trust you and wanna check it themselves even if you show them the other retailer price on their website! The lady there didn’t even let me give a comment about their manual checking process (which takes long time) and told me to stop talking! Not a good experience.

The team here are so helpful and friendly, alleviating the many issues that come through their door with the warmest help you can hope for. Awesome

Another good chemist and an alternative to chemist warehouse. A good variety of products and often has a few products that competitors don't offer. Well worth visiting and hope they continue to expand.

I usually buy from them online but did venture over to Porirua for a look and loved it. Fully stocked shelves on site pharmacist, lovely friendly staff and great prices

I don't know where you start with this place. You see the worst of people, mentally and physically. Yet every single dealing I have with you, whether it be the warmth and patience in your voices, the humanity you read situations as requiring, the going above and beyond to help those of us in need, you break my heart with your kindness. You could teach many pharmacies around you how to behave in this day and age. What you have there is precious and I'm so grateful I get to be in your safe hands. Aroha x Sarah.

Not operating safely during level 2. Allowing customers in without masks. Staff wearing masks under their nose. Please rethink and help keep everyone safe.

Just had the best experience with young bloke who really knew his products and gave great advice on health & beauty supplementation. So professional and friendly too.

Do not order online from this company. They took my money and ran, have not received any email's or a refund. Have sent multiple emails querying this and have been ignored. This business has been reported to the Commerce Commission with receipts and copies of all emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMAPNY.

I really enjoy this pharmacy. It’s very well stocked and the pharmacist I saw today was very discreet with my prescription. He had really slick hair and glasses. It’s very hard to find someone who understands your needs when you get to my age but he definitely did some “solid work”.

Huge pharmacy with a massive range of products. They stock beauty products and necessities found in supermarkets, at really low prices! I was assisted by their pharmacy manager, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely be returning to shop there!

Love this place. Overseas products available also you can’t get in Manners or anywhere else. Dean the pharmacist is very knowledgeable. Could do with some ergonomic eyelash curlers though.
