BedRus Lower Hutt were great to deal with. Allan was very helpful and explained the pros and cons with all the mattress ranges in the store and then gave me space and time to make my choice. I completed the Comfort Map and chose the Sanctuary Midnight mattress with pillows to compliment. I was told it would take 6-7 weeks to arrive as I requested a special base and got a phone call at the 6-week mark saying the bed had arrived. Todd delivered the bed on schedule, did the assembly, and took the packaging away. Great experience from start to finish.

Highly recommend BedsRus in Lower Hutt. Allan was so lovely, helpful and knowledgeable which made selecting our new mattress really easy. Our mattress and base were delivered a week later and Todd and his team were extremely professional. The bed was set up quickly and all rubbish was taken away. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Great service from Alan and we learnt alot about bed comfort in a short period of time. The 2 beds were delivered within 10 days by Todd who put them together and took away the wrapping and old beds. Our bed is great and we had visitors who used the new spare bed and they a good comfortable sleep. We recommend both Alan and Todds service as top notch.

Catherine from the store sorted out the purchase for me all through email and scheduled the delivery quickly and to fit with my schedule perfectly.
Todd from Homedale was reliable, professional and so helpful. There are a lot of delivery guys out there who tell you they are coming and you wait endlessly. Homedale was not one of these - they were so efficient. Todd confirmed the delivery time, came when he said he would, took away my old bed and brought in the new one and assembled it all with enthusiasm and a friendly manner (even though it was hard lifting and a very hot day). I can't recommend Beds R Us Lower Hutt more highly for their service and for using a reliable delivery company and Todd and Homedale for A+ service.

This is not my first experience with Beds R Us Lower Hutt. Last year my daughter was looking for a bed - we shopped around and found Beds R Us Lower Hutt gave good honest advice and excellent service, so this time I went straight back to them.

Well, the shop gave me exactly what I wanted - a good bed delivered, literally, today. This is something none of the other shops I visited on that day was able to provide. Good selection, better than in CBD. Nice salesmen. Good professional advise.

My experience with the team in store was top notch, so glad I stepped in. Gavin made buying a bed an enjoyable and a fun experience.

I was asked about sleeping basic habits, side sleep or back, heat issues etc, this allowed Gavin’s product knowledge to shine and narrow down a bed suitable for me. I was given multiple options, informed of the pros and cons for each and a recommendation on best fit.

There were no pressure sales, tricks or BS. Just honest knowledge from a person who is passionate about what he does, and it shows.

Can not recommend Gavin and his team enough. If your looking for a good nights sleep, this is where you want to shop.

We are absolutely thrilled with our customised bedroom suite from Beds R Us Lower Hutt.
We initially only popped in store to see what sort of furniture they had. Catherine greeted us and provided some information and brochures for the Federation and McKenzie suites we were looking at.
On a return visit, I spoke with Gavin (the store Manager). He was very helpful and worked with us to provide a quote for the blended suite we were after (including a customisation of the main dresser and mirror along with dual colour finish).
Manufacture took less time than we thought. The furniture was delivered very well packaged/protected for transit. A slight defect was a bit disappointing, but this was promptly dealt with by Gavin. He arranged to have this sorted out and took a personal interest in making sure we were happy with the final product.
Thank you Gavin and the team at Beds R Us Lower Hutt. We would highly recommend your store to anyone looking for bedroom furniture. AAA+

Well, I finally now have a bed fit for a queen and I'm not sad about it. Not only am I now sleeping on a cloud waking with the most peaceful feeling (even after broken sleep with a toddler), Alan who sold us our bed and helped us choose a bed and pillows was the highlight of this whole experience. What an absolute gem and genuine human to do business with, and thank you Alan for making it such a joy to spend, it didn't feel like he was trying to sell at all, only genuine care for our bodies, sleep and well being.
Also delivery and customer service was amazing and smooth.

I brought a bed in the weekend. After 1 night of sleep I knew it wasn't the bed for me. I went back to the store and talked to Allan. He was so kind and understanding. He helped me pick another one, which I am in love with. He even got delivery and pick up sorted for on that same day. 200% to Allan on customer service. He was so lovely to deal with. Allen sold me a complete bed & a mattress. I was very happy with his help in assisting me choose what I finally bought.
