Kid completely ignored the coffee order and made it how he wanted

Handed to me and not a word or a smile despite me saying thanks three times.w

Better than Domino's. Not as good as Disney World.

You know when you rate a place, and you think, "Am I rating this against all BPs, all service stations, or all places everywhere? "

Your brain starts to spiral and worry about where the best place you have ever been is, how good that place was, and how it compares to BP in J'ville.

And you start to think about your past and your future, wondering if you have already been to the best place you'll ever go, how many good places you have left or if, maybe, BP in Jville is your peak.

Are 5 stars enough? Too many?

Look. I'm not knocking BP in J'ville. It's OK. I went for fuel, they had fuel and were good enough to let me buy some. It all went off without a hitch. Average.

Come to think of it, if the quality of places you visit in your life follows some sort of bell curve, then maybe average is pretty likely. 3 stars is the most likely experience we will ever have.

Probably the right thing to do now is change every review I have sver done to be 3 stars. Probably won't.

Arguably, this review says more about me than it does about BP J'ville.

The service is great here. Very helpful & they are locals who work here. They seem to take pride in their area

We went to BP Johnsonville and tried to top up the water in our vehicle but there was no water in the watering cans and no access to a tap to fill. I told the staff member behind the counter and they couldn’t have cared less. Not great service from a service station!

Great coffee and donuts. Lots of staff so seldom have to wait. I don't understand how they can regularly run out of oat milk but hey ho that doesn't deserve losing a star over.

Always good service and fast coffee. Would love to upgrade to 5 stars once the tyre air facilities and recycling are back up and running - they have been out of action for some months.

Best BP in the country.i was already a Big Fan of Colin but today Mel went extra mile to help me with the car wash issue. I guess there is new girl Simran she is also very kind. Thank u for your best customer service. You have earned a loyal customer today. I will never ever go to any other BP in wellington. Thanks again guys.bless u all.

Diesel the wonder liquid that help you going on your mission. We like the 6 c discount it help a lot with expenses. The staff is ever so friendly and helpful. It’s always a pleasure to go to BP

Gotta love BP Johnsonville it's my "coffee fix" place to go and if you have a coffee card (which I do lol) it's even better and the young staff there provide great service

The staff here are friendly but gee we get ripped off with the fuel prices here in Kapiti.
I can't wait for some real competition to bring this price gouging under control.

Ripping everyone off and false advertising, they advertise promos and then once you complete the purchase they say oh sorry we don't have any of the promo gear. Illegal.

Staff without masks, customers without masks, the air pump has gone and it's more expensive than the BP down the road.

Very impressed with staff member Kim, always friendly and makes great coffee to go.

The only petrol station the opens the latest and closes the earliest.pretty ridiculous it closes at 10pm as well.sometimes also takes forever to get a free pump as lines inside take a while. Biggest complaint was trying to top up but later being told they think they've run out of 98.

Great selection of takeaway food. The vegan sausage rolls are yummy.and I am not a vegan! Good coffee too.

Friendly and efficient staff. Had a free size upgrade to my coffee order. Pleasantly surprise and made my day. Look out for Wednesday's fuel discount.

Uber Eats mixed up our order and when we phoned Wild Bean to complain Wild Bean themselves not only apologized profusely, Colin, from Wild Bean drove to our house and delivered the missing item and added a box of fresh donuts to apologize again! AAA rating to Wild Bean Johnsonville and an F to Uber Eats.

Friendly staff and plenty of room. They are nice enough not to laugh when you need help in the auto-wash and it's just cos you looked at the wrong arrows. My go to petrol station)

There is a particular woman who works the Saturday morning shift who isn’t very nice at all.ever. If you’re looking to have your day ruined before it’s begun, go see her and experience her friendly attitude.

I went in to vacuum my car. It cost $2.00 and works so well, you can also use the perfume to make your car smells nice.
