Great doctors, but Zero empathy from the Frontline staff who had their heart replaced with a potato. It's a pity that only medical practitioners take an oath to Do No Harm. Goodbye WLG. Not coming back.

Dr Tan is a terrible doctor. Would give -1 star if I could. Review for my partner, not me.

They have a very polite and helpful service and the Doctor is fast and quality care to the patient and listens to the patient professionally, I m talking to Cliff Young because of my GP but I think the other Doctor is the same because my daughter recommended it to us, she is same patient here just the other Doctors.

Reception were very friendly and helpful - Managed to squeeze me in to be seen as a casual client. Would be a 5 stars but not use to paying $110.00 for a 15 minute consult. Dr. Jacob however, was very professional and friendly, willingness to help in any way he could to help.

I have never felt so heard from a doctor before, Mohamad is a great doctor and puts a lot of effort into helping me. Also the ladies at the desk are great and help a lot! Thanks heaps. I really recommend this doctors clinic.

Excellent, friendly and professional staff! Front desk are courteous and helpful. Doctors are fast and efficient. Best to book in advance as they’re regularly fully booked. Would highly recommend:)

Before I say what happened, I will note that they do fit you in very quickly, and Dr Tan is amazing. Very kind and makes sure I understand what is going on.

I went here after post op complications, with risk of a pulmonary embolism. I had to get blood tests & was obviously anxious all day for the results. I ended up calling hours later to check in, as I was growing increasingly worried and unsure what to do. The nurse was unbelievably rude to me on the phone and practically hung up on me, saying that “I needed to understand that the doctor was too busy to read my results”… for a potential blood clot in my lungs! She somehow made me feel bad for asking for medical results at the place I had to pay $350 out of pocket to get.

I had a great experience with my doctor, but I’m not sure if it’s the place to go for more severe issues. I absolutely understand that medical facilities get busy, but it’s inconsiderate to treat patients that way. I literally cried afterwards and was unsure of what to do. My doctor ended up calling me an hour later and was very helpful and kind.

This doctors is amazing and so helpful!
I have severe asthma and needed to see a doctor before too long.
The receptionists were incredibly friendly and helpful and I didn’t have to wait long to see the doctor at all.
They were very thorough checking medications etc but sent me to a very well
equipped pharmacy nearby.
Throughly recommend this establishment.

A great practice all in all (especially awesome reception staff) but I wasn't able to find a solid, dependable GP here and had a bad experience with Dr. Nick Duffy. I had seen him before when he was at Vic Student Health many years ago and had hoped he had since become less fatphobic. If you are at all 'overweight' (I wasn't the first time I saw him and was still subject to scrutiny) I highly recommend seeing another Doctor if possible. When you've been chasing a diagnosis for long term symptoms it's not ideal to have to prove a possible condition to your Doctor and be asked "What do you want me to do about it? ". I hope Dr. Duffy seeks sensitivity training and up-skills his knowledge to improve his ability to care for all patients, rather than just those he finds agreeable.

I recently traveled from Melbourne and needed a covid test. Awesome staff, kind and supportive. The process was quick and professional. Much appreciated.

Worst experiences I’ve ever had with a GP. Firstly I do want to acknowledge how great the reception team is, attentive and kind, they were the only good thing about my experience. I’ve seen 2 GP’s now at this practice, and I will not be back. Both were dismissive and the Dr I saw this morning was absolutely rude. It looks like this practice is starting to go downhill, a patient should never be made to feel awkward and uncomfortable.

Worst GP experience I have had. I've seen both Dr Duffy and Dr Catherine Edge. My consultation with Catherine was awful. It took a lot for me to discuss my mental health with a doctor and I left wishing I hadn't. She was dismissive of my symptoms and told me she couldn't refer me to a counsellor or psychologist, and said I would have to pay out of pocket if I wanted further help. I left feeling embarrassed and hopeless. I have family who are doctors who have also come to see Drs Duffy and Catherine. They found them to be equally as dismissive and said they would never recommend them as GPs. Only positive thing about this clinic is the wonderful receptionists.

Awesome new nurse there who is extremely helpful and really cares about what you have to say. Great team!

I went to CWMC for two issues, but I don't think the doctor was listening to what I was saying about its impact. I was told to get two tests done before we make any further steps - fine. I told the doctor about what's going right and what's not going right. It was only until I left I realise the things I said was going fine were the ones being tested - fine I thought, he's being thorough. Went to do the tests - I got a text saying my results were normal (as I thought, as I was being tested on the things I specifically said were fine). I was told I'd get a call from the doctor the day the results are in to discuss the next treatment after the tests. Never got it. Chased it up FOUR times. Finally, I got a call from the nurse, not the doctor. The nurse, obviously, wasn't clued up with my situation. She eventually ended up playing messenger, and was told there's nothing they can do about it. So it took me $105, over two weeks of waiting and chasing up, to find out the doctor put this in the "I can't be bothered" basket. Credit to the reception and nurse though - they were very responsive but overall, poor experience.

The reception staff and nurses at this place are so lovely, they went out of their way for me twice in one day and it will not be forgotten!

Worst GP experience I have ever had! Reception staff are friendly, but the GP wasn't friendly at all, rushed my appointment. When I asked a second question the GP asked me to book another doctor's appointment. Didn't feel comfortable at all, stay away from this practice.

Needed a covid test but was not enrolled here, yet they took me and my flatmate in and saw us same day. Amazing staff, so kind and on to it. Really appreciate their hard work.

Saw a guy named moe? This afternoon at the medical centre (rides a motorbike) -saw the helmet. I just want to say "bro you are a legend", I hate going to the doctors but you made it so easy for me and actually cared and listened to my problems and didn't just quickly rush me back out the door. (my previous experience with other doctors) I may just have to book appointments to see you from now on was good chatting with you, see you next time
