Corner Cafe

A must visit place in Greytowns main street. Good sized meals at a great price from a large menu. I recommend the banana thick shake and monster burger.so much to choose from. Eat in or takeaway.

Popped in for breakfast and very happy with our food, portions and price.
Coffee was also good with friendly staff.

Great service and nicest food not many options for vegetarians but overall wide range of food

On Sat 18 March 2023 I was travelling through Greytown. My son, my sister and I called to in to Corner Café for lunch. As there were no plates etc or paper bags by the food units we proceeded to the counter to place our order. The counter was unattended. After waiting around 2 minutes a couple entered the store and from some unknown location a staff member came past the counter where we were standing to get their order. That couple came to the counter and squeezed in front of me so they could pay. All that time we received absolutely no acknowledgement from that staff member. Other staff were in the kitchen with one having their earphones in. The staff member with the earphones obviously saw our frustration and eventually came down behind the food display units but at that stage we had already decided to walk out as the ‘damage’ had already been done. It would appear as though there is very low morale at this establishment.
I see there are two other reviews from customers who’ve had similar experiences to ours. It’s not surprising that we will certainly not return. We proceeded to Main St Deli Café where we experienced what true customer service is meant to be like.

The best blueberry loaf cake, and raspberry. I love them. Really tasty and moist. Risky sharing this info.they might very well sell out. Come back cook.

None of the cakes slices in the cabinet are homemade. Just the typical dry, very small portions and overpriced I think

Tables and seating inside. Dated interior and furniture. Nice staff. There's always been people eating hot chips and pies etc when I've gone in. The sandwiches, chips and pies made onsite disappear fast.

Nice staff, nice shop, you can dine in or sit outside, they have a big variety of food, cakes, donuts, slices, burgers, wedges, etc. If your looking for a good spot to dine this place has yummy burgers and chips which is what we had, would definitely recommend this place prices aren't to bad either.

Great cafe in quiet spot in Greytown. Massive menu selection at fantastic prices. Staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the eggs Benedict and thick shake!

Nice cosy spot. Friendly staff, quick service. Plenty of food for your money and cooked well. The only thing was our Mochaccinos. Technically made well but the balance between choc nd coffee wasn't great so a bit bitter. All the ambient food nd baking looked very fresh. Otherwise totally recommend nd would dine in again.

Went in there to order lunch was ignored by staff as they served people that entered after I had, baresta kept looking at me did not want to serve, I walked out disappointed

Had to wait 15minutes for two punnets of chips. The pies looked dried out and the sandwiches we bought was definitely not fresh

A quiet little cafe. I visited at around 1: 30pm on a Tuesday, and there weren't many cabinet options. I did have a pie, though, which was very tasty.
