Cosa Nostra Italian Trattoria reviews
58 Ordered a couple of pizzas to eat at home after a busy day.
Beautifully cooked, simple but tasty, full but not stuffed. Will be back
I went with my group of friends and they said that they didn’t have any table available. The restaurant was empty
Lovely food, had a delicious pasta of the day.
Loved the guy on the accordian, he made the night!
Authentic Italian meal. Great cocktails and wonderful service. My favorite restaurant to go to in Wellington.
The best oil in town, and they arr so generous to give me some to take away. Great service and amazing food always.
Such an enjoyable dining experience. Great table service. Calamari fritti was melt-in-the-mouth tender with a lightly spiced chilli yoghurt. Pappardelle alla Pescatore was loaded with seafood.
Won't be going back, the food is super average, the service is super average too. I've read the owners feedback on some of the poor feedback on their restaurant, and it looks like he doesn't care much for customers. Very odd way to run a business.
Amazing service! Kind and helpful staff who recomend delicious food. The wine is fantastic and the food has never disappointed. I especially recomend the gnoochi or ravioli.
Staff friendly. Atmosphere is lovely. Food flavoreome, but unfortunately not much of it for the price. Order the ragu. Beef was tender but if i could have measured the quantity it would have been at most 25 grams. Disappointing for the price. If you want a good feed for the price Nicolinis Italians restaurant is much better.
Outstanding food and atmosphere. The staff are super friendly. It's very popular so make sure you book.
Fantastic Eatery! Great service and friendly staff. Give it a whirl! You can thank me later.
Cheer's
We ordered ravioli calabrese and rondeli. It was ok but nothing especial. Pasta was a bit undercooked. Staff very efficient. We're expecting more since it's been rated one of the best Italian in Wellington.
Four of us had dinner there last night. We have been there several times in the past. The meals & service were once again excellent and the pricing, given the quality of food & wine, was very fair in my opinion. We will certainly continue to go there. The lovely piano accordionist gentleman providing live music certainly added to the experience. Great good and service. They got us in last minute with a full house and we didn't feel rushed with a hard out time. Thank you.
One of the best Italian restaurants in Wellington. Great staff, the food is authentic and always cooked well. The pasta special has never failed yet.
Beautiful food and very fast and efficient service. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. Very nice place for a date or just a quick dinner.
Great good and service. They got us in last minute with a full house and we didn't feel rushed with a hard out time.
Took my Girlfriend here. It's her new favorite place. Will keep coming here for special occasions now:) easy as!
Tasty food, the seafood was really fresh and beautifully cooked. Calamari and Saffron risotto were delicious
Came here for an early dinner and we were one of two groups in the restaurant. Overall the service was not exceptionally friendly. The two girls were too distracted chatting to each other to notice we were waiting to have our orders taken. The food was not bad but was not seasoned well. The chocolate lava cake was just a very very dry cake with a hole and a jug of thin chocolate sauce to pour over. Italian cuisine should be simple food with quality ingredients, this food didn't taste authentic. Unsure on how the reviews are so favourable, we will go elsewhere for Italian
Over priced and awful pizza. The base was chewy and flimsy, the sauce was lackluster, the feta had gone bad, the other ingredients were of poor quality and the oven they use also appears to not be hot enough. Really disappointing for pizzas at more than $20 a pop, Domino's does better for $5.
