13This pharmacy is the busiest countdown pharmacy I've been to and the team is super hardworking but aren't appreciated enough! I love going to them no matter the wait time because they genuinely want to help and try to give the best service as possible.
Very bad experience
given waiting time was only 20minutes
but
one of the staff name Yan Ren was just passing the time by talking to the customer for nothing i know that as because i was seating right there because of her i had to wait there for 45minutes
Very bad service, the pharmacist was just trying to get rid of me when I asking her medical questions
Was told waiting time of 25 minutes, and ended up waiting over an hour. Kept getting ignored and turned away when asking legitimate medical questions and didn’t have my prescription ready after 3 hours. Rude and abrupt service.
Good service but useless when trying to call for repeat subscription, no one ever answers the phone.
They dont use app for prescriptions (Which they never publicised) so they didnt have it ready. As it was after 7.30 they were not going to prepare the prescrition because they closed at 8.
They always take far too long sometimes hours and still manage to give you the wrong stuff and then they don't answer the phone.
Thats the last time I go to them!
Wonderful customer service, though the wait times are pretty long. Probably understaffing issues.
Useless service, left percription for 3 hours and still no ready and wanted me to stand in the queue again to check how long will that take.
Staff
The pharmacy was late opening, while myself and others stood outside waiting and then after another 15 minute wait gave me repeat medication when I had clearly stated I needed the prescription meds that my doctor had faxed through 3 days before. No apology other than I had another 20 minute wait before getting the correct medication.
Can't fault the customer services, but the prescriptions I've been trying to fill are usually not in there so have to get another day, I supose that's why its free for now.
Sometimes super long queues for prescriptions but understandable because they're free. Anyway I always go to them for my meds. Staff are amazing!
Super handy having a pharmacy where I shop. Really friendly staff. Got my flu jab here, no booking, just walked up when I saw the sign and it's cheaper than my medical centre!
