Domino's Lower Hutt

Myself and 2 friends purchased 3 vegetarian pizzas around 8pm on 8th November. Neither of the pizzas were acceptable.so gross we ate a slice or two and discarded the rest. I often have vegetarian pizzas at Domino's, Wainuiomata. They have always been entirely acceptable. What are they doing differently in lower Hutt?
About 8 other pizzas were ordered by other friends, they were all ok.

Why do you keep cancelling uber eats orders tonight? Have tried to order twice and you are just cancelling the order.if you aren’t not taking any orders then turn the store off on the Uber eats app so people stop wasting their time. Simple.

Very efficient was delivered to my motel exactly the time they said it would take. I was so happy because no one answered the phone for McFonalds for me to order to motel i had no car and it was raining so could not walk. I also rang KFC and the girl was extremely rude and almost yelled at me that i have to order online. So im grateful for the efficient pleasant way i was treated by Dominos and they even had Gluten free very happy Thank you very much as a visitor to your country from Australia well done in making me welcome

Need to cater for lots in a hurry order first and pick up, recommend chicken bacon rash pan fried thin and crispy.

Dominos food was good service just lack in friendly and not communicative or not engaging like the preoccupied otherwise order was I got food on time and I enjoyed

They sometimes have my pizza undercooked, but I understand working in customer service isn't easy. I worked in customer service too, and having to cook under pressure as well. So, I appreciate each and every employee working there.

They don't deliver toNasnae and I object that they are judging Mr on where I live. All other pizza companies do. How dare they. I am an older person and no one in my area is of criminal or dodgy background. They are racist and judging everyone together.

Tried again yesterday, tried a Bacon cheeseburger pizza and the cheese was good. The ground beef was overcooked and dry, the bacon was like leather and very, very hard to chew.

Usually good but sometimes poorly made pizza. And unprofessional staff on phone most times ‍️

Honestly Domino's has to be the WORST purveyor of the pizza art there is. Meatlovers!? More like Meat-haters. Supreme? ! Yeah without Diana Ross. Godfather? More like Mother-in-law. Pepperoni? Pepper-baloney! Tasteless, dull, uninspired & mass produced moosh. I mean why do we do it to ourselves? Sure its cheap. And the staff here are great. But for a few dollars more its well worth supporting a smaller, local pizzeria like Milano Italian Takeaway in Naenae, Currizza in Avalon, Pepes Pizza Palour in Boulcott or Pizzaland in Waterloo and get something more like what my mama woulda made! Capiche? Arrivederci Domino's!?

So I got pizza dessert dripping in apricot sauce and given the excuse by the lady at store “ I did it myself, hole of the sauce bottle is big.this is the amount we pour on pizza “ unapologetic and hung up the fon on my face thrice and when i called again she didnt pick up. Pizza was cold and wet in sauce (i just posted the pic). She made fun of my situation when i cried literally on the phone telling her i have a new born i need to nurse the baby but i cant cook please get me a new pizza. Nooooo she was like i cant do anything today for you and when you.heard me crying badly in my last call, then she again in sarcastic way said “ oh if you keep going like this then i can send you another pizza “ really? Am i begging you for food? I paid you for my meal and asked you to get me the right order and take back your sweet dessert. I didnt ask you for free pizza. If you check my history of ordering, i order pizza every second day and never asked for refund or replace pizza in last 10 years, i know how much sauce i usualy get. You cant hung up phone in between the conversations when you have so called 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. I am literally crying while typing this comment …. Still hungry, and ordering food from another food outlet. Bad bad bad bad bad bad bad verrrrryyyyyyyyyy bad experience. I swear never going to have dominoz again in my life. Shame on you lady! Two times in a row we have got our pizzas from there and always deliver, healthy amount of cheese, meat and sauce. Highly recommended

Whoever makes my garlic prawn pizza, you’re the best! Ordered a couple times now and pizza’s & garlic bread have been cooked to perfection!

Doesn't deliver to as many suburbs of the Hutt as they used to

I usually buy online and pickup, the eat in is currently unavailable. I'm never disappointed with my order or the wait time. I will continue to buy from here. Pricing is pretty fair.parking sucks but can only be expected being in the heart of lowerhutt

Ordered the pizza by mistake with out cheese lmao. Called back thinking they made the mistake (but I did) they made me a totally new pizza free of charge. Thank you so much!

Good service but small and must wait outside. No shade or rain cover, some umbrellas would be appreciated?

Friendly crew, busy but they were cool and calm, dads first pizza in about 3 years and he was happy as.

I liked the pizza guy who got on his little bike and delived his little pizzas and zoomed off.

Cheerful staff. Unfortunately can be more skimpy with toppings than other dominos in the wellington region.
