Dotti

I went to the counter to purchase the two tops I had chosen off the 2 for $25 rack and a dark girl with short curly hair said thats $37 and I said they were off the 2 for $25 rack and she held one item up and said this one isn't and I replied saying that's where I found it and she rudely replied saying well it obviously is not! I had never been spoken to so horribly in my life by a sales person. I work in retail and know I would have been in so much trouble if I spoke to a customer this way. Usually if an item is in the wrong place you still need to give it to the customer for that price, or if that is not their policy she could have at least said so politely. When I came in the store I heard her and the other girl gossiping about her father or something so they obviously were not paying attention to making sure things were in the right place. I walked out feeling extremely angry and told off when usually it is the customer talking to the sales person like that. Not the other way around. I will 100% not be coming back and shopping here again, the service was appalling and this girl does not diserve to work in retail and serve customers if this is how she is going to do it, I am in complete shock that she had that audicity to talk to me in such a manor, I felt like yelling in her face and putting her in her place like she diserved.

The music was loud but the staff were friendly. I got a frill-neck black blouse, just right for a Steampunk costume I am preparing. (photo shows it's colour as charcoal but it's a deep black) Some good clothes in the shop this season.

Helpful and friendly staff at Dotti, Manners Mall. Fantastic array of clothing and accessories to choose from along with really affordable prices. Love visiting this Store - you rock!

Dotti in the hutt has really good staff, they're lovely, approachable and helpful but not overbearing they get it right love the clothes buyers get in for dotti NZ, much better than what the Australian stores get.

Maybe I got them on a bad day but being blatantly ignored feels pretty lame. Zero customer service

Staff were nice. Clothes were good quality, stylish and not too expensive, though admittedly, not budget.

Beautiful women's shop, incredible staff members and wonderful products for a reasonable price. Plenty of clothes suitable for corporate/work wear, casual wear eg jeans, formal wear, dresses for a night out and nice shoes and cool novelty socks.
